Does anyone have any live old live bootlegs from before 2002 besides "Live at C.O.R.E", which by the way is a freaking awesome bootleg!?

Other than C.O.R.E., my oldest one is this:
Did it happen to have this setlist?

So, you have this in mp3 form? I'd like to get that from you.
The oldest song I've seen them play live was Tonight We're Gonna Give It 35% at the Triplerock in Minneapolis. Everyone went f'ucking crazy when they started playing that as an encore. That was easily the best show I've ever been to because Tom was actually screaming instead of singing with a deep raspy voice that he's been doing a lot lately.
I would f'ucking kill to see that.

That's a video of them playing it acoustically not too long ago.

Yeah, it's in MP3. I'll upload it to Sendspace for you guys in a bit...

That was just last April. They played with Fake Problems and the Riverboat Gamblers. Too bad you didn't get to go man...

Cliche 09-12-2007 02:06 PM

Yeah, they played 35% when I saw them in March, hopefully they play Disco or something off of Crime when I see them next month.

And Microwave meals & ideals, thanks!

Jessizzle 09-12-2007 02:46 PM

I was in f'ucking France for that show. You wouldn't believe how pissed I was when I found out I'd be missing it. If I remember correctly, I played like a thirty minute AM! medley, completely breaking my voice for a while. I considered skipping going to France but figured since they'd be coming back in a month it wouldn't be worth it. Now I'm thinking it would have been totally worth it.

EDIT: Coming to First Ave 11/23 with W/IFS! F'uck yes! This is gonna rule!

Yeah, they've just announced a bunch of dates with World/Inferno,I really wish they were coming back to Toronto with them, that would be sweet.

Henrik 09-12-2007 05:55 PM

I’m seeing Against Me! October 8th and it's just been announced that their support for the gig will be: Future of the Left (UK) and Steriogram (NZ).

I've never heard of any of the bands yet.

Cliche 09-12-2007 06:23 PM

Lucky you, they still haven't announced who their playing with in Toronto.

AIRIC 09-12-2007 06:39 PM

Closest they're coming is four hours like usual.

Ross 09-12-2007 07:46 PM

Seeing them October 27th in Leeds, can't wait.

Hopefully they won't stick to New Wave so much like they did at Leeds festival.

Jessizzle 09-13-2007 05:58 AM

Yeah pat, im gonna go with the skate shop.. im almost positive i'll have sound equipment.

you're gonna come right?? make lots and lots of people come..

Cliche 09-13-2007 06:05 AM

Of course I'll be there! I know Fat Kyle will want to come too. Did you call the skate shop?

Jessizzle 09-13-2007 06:08 AM

Yep, the thing is its 300 upfront in order to save the spot, so im gonna try and find time friday to go up and make the deposit..

SkaRobotArmy 09-13-2007 08:07 AM

what are you doing at the skate shop?

Jessizzle 09-13-2007 01:15 PM

Flagjacket 09-13-2007 01:40 PM

You guys are like Jon and Eran but nowhere near as bad.

Cliche 09-13-2007 02:26 PM

JESSICA!!!!

We might be able to get BTMI! a spot with The 3 Tards and FCO the same night at The Kathedral.

Get my email from Alicia.

Cliche 09-13-2007 04:47 PM

Okay jess, John Tard has put BTMI! on the bill for September 22nd at the Kathedral. Their playing with FCO and 3Tards and I assume some other local talent.

Actually, here's the flyer:

Cliche 09-13-2007 07:30 PM

Not anymore, they were going to play at the Adrift skatepark, but now they're playing at The Kathedral on the 22nd.

Jessizzle 09-13-2007 08:11 PM

Angry Balled Fists! 09-14-2007 12:59 AM

i cant even be arsed to see against me! play really ill just be dissapointed.

Gnarmageddon 09-14-2007 05:22 AM

Their live show is nowhere near as disappointing as their studio albums. Not going to see them would be a shame.

Jessizzle 09-14-2007 06:02 AM

Aaah, BTMI said they would rather play my show, i rock..

Jess 1 John Tard 0..

no kidding i love john

Alright, that's cool too. I just figured it would make everything easier having them playing a bigger show and whatnot.

But dammit, that means I need to find someone to go, because Kyle for some reason would rather see 3Tards...

Jessizzle 09-14-2007 08:50 PM

uum i talked to marie after school and she wants to come.. so marie alicia, and im sure sara would come..

what the helll pat get on slsk so our lives are not so public.

SkaRobotArmy 09-14-2007 10:56 PM

i would rather them play themselves though, there are already SO many bands on that bill.

who is playing with AM! at the guvernment?

AndreTheHyena 09-15-2007 12:34 AM

Awesome. I hope all the banter is included. Tom talked about hanging out in Springfield, where I live, when he was growing up.

obese_breasts 09-15-2007 03:05 AM

2nd to last time I saw them they played Impact and Disco Before the Breakdown, it was ****ing epic.

asdf 09-15-2007 08:36 AM

Last time I saw them they played that as one song for the encore, and it was great. Probaby the highlight of the show (as the show had just a bit too many new songs)

Angry Balled Fists! 09-16-2007 04:58 AM

i saw them play impact as an encore like just after sfafc came out.

Microwave meals & ideals 09-16-2007 09:10 AM

I don't suppose anyone has Tom's first demo do they? And if so would they like to share it please?
