i stepped on an upturned pencil about 6 years ago and it was stuck in my foot.
Interesting Fact about Stefan: I have splinter on the bottom of my left foot and Its been there since I was little.
I've got a bunch of little ones like that. They've been in there for a month and I tried to pull them out the other day with some tweezers and I ended up just pulling off some skin and bleeding all over. |
I also still have a little rock in my knee from bike riding last summer
|
We were pulling a wagon with a bike one summer and one kid's legs got caught under the wheel of the wagon and his knee got dragged across 20 meters of concrete. Then his kneecap fell out cause all the skin got ground off, and we had to pick it up and put it in a bag.
|
i woulda kept it
|
And given him a turtle shell or part of a hubcap for a new kneecap. ****, I wish I had thought of that then.
|
|
i got that offspring album splinter for free from the garbage the other day. is it any good?
|
cant you just listen to it?
EDIT:i doubt its any good,i think thats their new one |
Probably isnt, thats why thire CDs are 2 for $25 at HMV.
|
Cheeser, no it's useless
Use plyers or tweezers when putting on studs. Getting the stug prong under your fingernail hurts like a bitch.
i use the end of a ball point pen. it kind of messes up the end of the pen but it gets the job done! |
i pierced my ear a couple hours ago with a safety pin. i tried getting the earing in, but i ended up digging in to a new one and pulling it out.
im gonna try pushing the earring in again, any suggestions? |
i dont know what you mean
|
pierce your ear with the earing.
|

how safe is it to pierce your ear with a safety pin?
how safe is it to pierce your ear with a safety pin?
if you clean it first and then wash the thing once you've done it a couple times a day for the next couple days, it's not bad. ears (lobes, that is) are simple to pierce and don't really offer any problems as far as i know. cartiledge is a bit more of an issue, because you ideally want to use something that punches a hole out of the cartiledge (it can be done, but it's a bit of work to push through if you're squeemish, and it may get infected more easily). |
I've never really understood why anyone would ever want piercings.
|
I just got done with mine and it hurts like hell.

Where can you buy iron-on transfer paper? Do they have it at most stores or do you have to search around for it?

How else would it transfer? |
I finally finished my first BOTAR stencil. I think one of the wings turned out well, and the other was... kind of good. I'll probably end up flipping the stencil around and using the same wing twice.
I have yet to make a stencil for the words. The front is going to have the guitar and "B.O.T.A.R.", and the back will have "THE REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE AMPLIFIED" |
what did you make your stencil out of?
|
Cardboard. It's my first stencil ever and I didn't know any better. I'll be using something else next time
|
See I wanna do a stencil for the 2-tone gangster on the Specials cover but im not sure how id do that?

You just get some really thick paper material, draw on, or print out a picture and glue on the image you want to be a stencil. Use an x-acto knife to cut out. |
I never made a shirt and i want to so I got a question. So once I cut out the stencil what do I use for colour, paint, markers...?
|
Fabric Paint.
|
Fabric Paint.
Definitely your best bet. |
I tried to make a sonic youth shirt once using the stencil method. The picture ended up looking nothing like the stencil.
|
Can somebody give me a price range in Canadian if you could?

It takes practice. Start with simple logos. |
Can somebody give me a price range in Canadian if you could?
Anybody? |
For fabric paint in the u.s. it cost me about 1.50 for a bottle. Work conversion magic.
|
ok, that pretty cheap
|
Yeah it is. Pick up 3 diffrent colours, see which ones you like. I reccomend doing it on a practice shirt first so you dont waste a good shirt if you **** up.
|
What do you mean 3 different colours. I only need 1 or 2
|
What do you mean 3 different colours. I only need 1 or 2
That'll do then. |
were you the one that make the black flag T-shirt and posted a picture of it?
