Especially ones you have to pay money to join...
|
Especially ones that make members want to tatoo the fanclub's logo onto their backs and stuff. I swear, at their concert, I saw at least 4 dudes that had a giant tat featuring the ToolArmy logo. Big ones too, like at least 8" x 8". :|
|
thats badass though...^^^

Looks like this is what is being played..not too many changes from night to night. Stinkfist The pot 46+2 Jambi Schism Lost Keys Rosetta Stoned Wings for Marie 10000 days Encore: Lateralus Vicarious Aenima Except sometimes they do play 'Right In Two' and 'Intension'. And for Isis: So Did We Dulcinea Backlit Holy Tears and sometimes they'll add 'Not In River, But in Drops' and '1000 Shards', |
If they added Parabola and Reflection, then it'd be my dream set.
If they added Parabola and Reflection, then it'd be my dream set.
yeah, parabola is def my favorite tool song |
Reflection is my favorite Tool song.
|
I remember them performing Reflection/Disposition/Triad back when they toured for Lateralus and I must say that was fvckin' great! I too wish they'd still play it. Especially 'Disposition'...probably one of my favorite Tool songs.
|
That sounds amazing. I have the live audio of them playing Disposition/Reflection with Robert Fripp, and it's f'ing incredible.
How many time have you seen Tool? |

Sure man.
What's your mail? |

How many time have you seen Tool?
Sadly, only once back in Nov.'02...I was suppose to have seen them about a week ago but they postponed the damn show in San Antonio. I'm still waiting for makeup date. I haven't heard that recording with Robert Fripp either. The only one time I saw them, the drummer from Meshuggah came out and joined them during 'Triad'...that was insane! It was pretty damn awesome. |
At least you've seen them.
Would you like the song as well? |
Yeah, have you seen them live yet?
And about the song, sure! Still have my e-mail? |
No.. :upset:
And, yes. |
I'd really like the song as well.

Carey said that they probably wouldn't play that... Oh, and anyone who has like slsk or any P2P service, could you search for a bootleg of the extended Opiate? If you find it, or if you already have it, I'd love you for sending it to spiralout7 @ gmail.com PS: Good find on that Fripp and Tool song. I love that version, except for like the last 12 minutes of it. Borrrrrrring. |
THEY PLAYED INTENSION WTFWTFWTF where? Carey said that they probably wouldn't play that...
Well, I had read in one of the reviews for a recent show that they did play it...or at least part of it. I don't remember what city it was though. Lucky bastards! :p
Oh, and anyone who has like slsk or any P2P service, could you search for a bootleg of the extended Opiate? If you find it, or if you already have it, I'd love you for sending it to spiralout7 @ gmail.com
Yeah, i've been looking for this as well. If anyone does indeed have it, i'd like to get it as well. skorpio_f@msn.com Thanks. |
THEY PLAYED INTENSION WTFWTFWTF where? Carey said that they probably wouldn't play that...
I'm pretty sure its just a bit of it used as a seque, as there were random jams/ambience as intros to most songs in London, some which sounded a bit like Intension |
THEY PLAYED INTENSION WTFWTFWTF where? Carey said that they probably wouldn't play that...
Yeah he dubbed the electronic drums a few times on the album. :( TBH I cried on the inside when I heard that.

Why?
|
Why?
He can't recreate it live. |
http://www.babyrockrecords.com/web/page.asp?pgs=product&catid=41&id=1037
I wonder if that would have any effect on a child if they were to listen to that type of lullabyes during infancy. But i have to say, i just may get those lullabyes to help me sleep. :thumb: |
He can't recreate it live.
That's a damn shame. |
That's a damn shame.
Watch me say that, then in a few days he figures out how to do it live. I would feel like an ***. |
