Can someone recommend me some alt/indie similar to Cursive, Modest Mouse, The Decemberists?

I like them but dont really know much about anyone else.

If you dig Cursive I would recommend Archers of Loaf and Superchunk.

I bought the Pearls Before Swine album yesterday, [I]Balaklava[/I]. It's ok, 60's psychedelic folk stuff. There's a cover of Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne," pretty decent. I need to hunker down with it and a pair of earphones, though.

just highlight the list and copy/paste it. then delete all the wacky spacing so it makes sense.

I thought Charles Bronson was considered Power Violence. Regardless, I've been meaning to check them out for a while.

yeah whatever. it's a pretty fine line.

the beginning of their discog is pretty meh, but it really picks up around "Fu[size=2]ck[/size]in Drunken Uncle."
