lol i can just imagine timjim in his unicorn vomit shirt smiling in the middle of a huge group of goths

RetiredAt21 12-04-2009 02:21 PM

I would go to a goth club and fight everyone.

gaslightanthem 12-04-2009 02:23 PM

clubbing is awesome unless you're a lame-o

being british means you can drink as well at 18 **** you guys

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:23 PM

i'd go to a goth club and try to sleep with industrial girls tbh

illmitch 12-04-2009 02:23 PM

yeah but the downside of it is you have to be british

beans 12-04-2009 02:24 PM

alcoholics

Morumbar 12-04-2009 02:25 PM

In Holland you can drink beer at bars from age 16. I don't think that should be considered a good thing, though. Annoying pubescent kids.. At least they usually leave early.

I don't like clubbing.

masscows 12-04-2009 02:25 PM

I just got a prescription for Wellbutrin, I don't know if I actually want to take it.

Do you know anything about this stuff timjim?

illmitch 12-04-2009 02:26 PM

its not that hard to get a fake id to go to the bars if you go to a big school tbh

beans 12-04-2009 02:26 PM
I just got a prescription for Wellbutrin, I don't know if I actually want to take it.

stuff sucks, dump it down the drain unless you wanna feel like a zombie 24/7

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:26 PM

thats a standard anti-depressant i think

idk i think my dad was prescribed to it for a while but was having side effects so he's on something else now

RetiredAt21 12-04-2009 02:28 PM
yeah but the downside of it is you have to be british
illmitch 12-04-2009 02:29 PM

o/\o

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:29 PM

was it your idea to be on anti-depressants?

if you're alright with the idea of being on one, you might as well take it for a little while and see what happens

i'm done with being on medication.

gaslightanthem 12-04-2009 02:31 PM

being british living in britain isn't as good as being american living in america but i'd rather be british living in america

Angmar 12-04-2009 02:32 PM

I had a friend who was on "aspergers medication" for awhile because his mom used to insist he had it, when he was on it he acted even stranger and was really prone to aggravation, he stopped taking it several months before he went into the army and started acting a lot more normal, the strangest thing!

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:32 PM

i'd rather be american living in britain than anything

illmitch 12-04-2009 02:32 PM

american living in britain might be cool cuz you get drinking age without the side effect of being british

but then again youre living in britain

Angmar 12-04-2009 02:33 PM

I'd live in Scotland tbh.

Anglachel 12-04-2009 02:33 PM

just got my first contact lenses

took a ****ing hour to get in

masscows 12-04-2009 02:34 PM
was it your idea to be on anti-depressants?
Yerp.

I'm feeling ambivalent about it because this one is supposed to increase suicide risk by quite alot. My "depression" isn't that bad, I just have a huge lack of confidence and hate myself so I think about suicide alot.

I wish I could prescribe myself what meds I think would help, ugh.

Morumbar 12-04-2009 02:34 PM

I think living in Ireland or Scotland would be much more awesome than living in England.

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:34 PM

so they tried to put me on anti-psychotic/schizophrenia medication because they said it was the only way i could think clear

i took one for two weeks and didn't have any effects other than crazy nightmares, i complained and got taken off. but a few months later they put me on another one and i didn't even bother taking it. any one who thinks a person with depression issues needs to be on dopamine-blocking psychotic medication is crazy.

i need all the dopamine and seratonin i can get

gaslightanthem 12-04-2009 02:35 PM

Jaundice month house swap?

illmitch 12-04-2009 02:35 PM

id live in hitlers underground kingdom to accompany him when he emerges on a fleet of spaceships to establish the 4th reich tbh

Angmar 12-04-2009 02:36 PM

Yeah, we have a lot of over medicating problems as it is, especially with younger kids that people should really stop trying to solve each and every problem with a pill.

Nepenthe 12-04-2009 02:36 PM

ive got excessive amounts of dopamine to share if you need some jaundice

like in my brain not pills

gaslightanthem 12-04-2009 02:37 PM

masscows 12-04-2009 02:37 PM

got sworn into the air force yesterday dude

Morumbar 12-04-2009 02:37 PM

I don't see how anti-depressants should help. Do they make you change your mind about what you think of yourself and everything around you?

SlightlyEpic 12-04-2009 02:37 PM
Yeah, we have a lot of over medicating problems as it is, especially with younger kids that people should really stop trying to solve each and every problem with a pill.
I completely agree with you there. My girlfriend's on a ridiculous amount of pills for depression and the like and I really don't think they help at all.

Angmar 12-04-2009 02:38 PM
ummm give me social skills and i wouldnt need medication lol
You can develop those as long as you're willing to try new things out of your comfort zone.

Trust me, I did the same thing back in high school and nowadays I'd say I have pretty good people/social skills.

masscows 12-04-2009 02:38 PM
I don't see how anti-depressants should help. Do they make you change your mind about what you think of yourself and everything around you?
I'm pretty sure they're just to improve daily functioning.

Nepenthe 12-04-2009 02:38 PM

illmitch 12-04-2009 02:40 PM

unnecessary medication keeps capitalism going which keeps us all alive you commie ****s

Jaundice 12-04-2009 02:40 PM

it's a controversial issue with me.

I've had bouts of suicidal depression throughout my life, and i was on and off antidepressants for a good five or six years

i never found anti-depressants to have a single positive or negative effect on me that i could prove was from them. i just don't believe in them personally. i never really wanted them except the one time I tried Paxil for anxiety attacks. it was usually just my parents shoving them down my throat because to this day they haven't accepted me for who i am and they want to keep making up disorders to blame it on. According to my parents I will never be happy or successful in life without medication but I'm willing to take that chance.
