tbh only the scandinavians can. american and other black metal isnt as good as Norse

that's really not true though. a lot of US black metal blows, true, but a lot of European black metal is just as bad. US has a lot of good acts... VON, Grand Belial's Key, etc.

besides Mayhem, Burzum, and Darkthrone most Scandinavian black metal is pretty expendable.

meh im also incorporating the folky black metal bands too. also GBK and WITTR are the only two USBM that i mind.

Yeah France and Quebec have made some of my favorite black metal. There's that distinct French sound that you really get to understand after hearing it enough.

French BM is probably my favourite.
