Can't you at least pretend to have something say, so you disguise the bump?

Whenver I try to do it I just say something like "So, Disrael Gears is awesome."

.....so, Disraeli Gears is awesome.

Glitterati 04-03-2005 04:51 PM
I really enjoyed the Cat Stevens one though, I'd like to hear more.
Yeah, Cat Stevens is pretty good. Anyone like James Taylor? I'v been really into mellow country-folk (Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens) lately, and he's great.

Woodstock 04-03-2005 05:20 PM
I love that song.
I had that as a usertitle once. You're following in my footsteps.

Against Miik! 04-03-2005 07:11 PM

Joe Walsh needs more votes. He's one of the most underrated players out there.

My friend Meghan lives right next door to the place where Carol King lived when she wrote Tapestry (I think that's where it is on the front cover)

It's in the middle of nowhere, we are hicks :upset:

Nah, that would be funny if they were. They live on Marthas Vineyard, which is home to a lot of famous people.

Distant Echoes 04-04-2005 02:18 PM

Whats up all?

I just finished updating my music library one RealOne. Mot of the genres and years were a bit off, but i had a hell of a time trying to re-name the genres for CCR, Dire Straits, John Lennon, Rolling Stones, Steve Miller, and Tom Petty. I tried a search, and got nothing but Classic Rock and/or Rock pop. Eh...life goes on...

On a different subject, how many more voting threads of the first round of the best guitarist are their? I still havent seen some of my favs.

BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 04-04-2005 02:40 PM

2 more.

What are your "favs"?

RockAndRoll 04-04-2005 02:47 PM

It's all about Bo.

Distant Echoes 04-04-2005 02:55 PM

Page
Clapton
Hendrix (after '67)
Lifeson
Knopfler
Gaines
Halen
Gilmour
Blackmore
Beck

Eh...i sortta drifted away from ones i havent picked yet to general favs

I never really want to pick Page in any fav compititions, but then i listen or watch White Summer/Black Mountain Side and totally change my mind. That Solo is brilliant.

RockAndRoll 04-04-2005 03:05 PM

I think most if not all of those have been in their already.

BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 04-04-2005 03:10 PM

Really where have you been?

Distant Echoes 04-04-2005 03:17 PM

I know most have been up. You gotta be crazy if you think Id name all my favorites. In all honesty though, i did miss two round :upset:

Was Lifeson up yet? I have a feeling he'll need my help

BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 04-04-2005 03:19 PM

Yes and I think he did go though. Ill cheak.....

I was the only person at my school that listened to Pink Floyd a month ago.

Now I'm one of two people.
Hell, it's a start :thumb:
