I'm reminded of it every time I post in a music oriented thread in this forum.

But a mods job is not to educate.

Do I think Kif should be modded? Yeah, sure. Kif's a great guy, he deserves it.

Do I think it needs to be done? Not at all.

Look at the punk forum. Since Nick is modding it's 1000 better, I want that for this forum too, because I care about both.

Eh, I never liked punk (Although I love newer hardcore), so I've never really gone there, except for when Hardcore/Metalcore thread was there. I couldn't compare.

Punk has a lot more traffic than this forum though, and from the few times I browsed, it's a lot meaner. More "opportunities" for exercising your modly powers.

Pop-punk is already full of nice people, stupid or otherwise (Like Untitled). The only thing that will make this forum better, in my opinion, is more regulars. New mods will not do that.

Right, my view on this argument.
We don't need a mod as much as Dan and some other people are saying, we are not desperate.
BUT, if Kif was made a mod it wouldn't do us any harm, and it would mean some of the supermods don't have to worry about us.
If we don't get a new mod, it's not a big deal, but if we do, great.
Everyone needs to stop overreacting about how much we need a new mod, this forum is a lot better than the majority of forums on this site.
