Sigur Ros. Just got the untitled album, (), I love it.
They've dropped the "Jon Spencer" part for their new album.
I don't give a fuck either.
Really? Shame. Jon Spencer Blues Explosion was the second greatest band name the world has ever known. |
I agree.
And the first being...?

Vincent Price's Orphan Powered Death Machine

They were mentioned in the Emo Thread in Other, so I guess emo/screamo/grind or something. http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226512&page=27&pp=20 ^About halfway down that page, and there's a song of theirs linked. |
Today I listened to T Rex, The Verve and Beck. All was enjoyed thoroughly.
i like "the faint" as of late.
Today I have been mostly enjoying After Forever and Buck 65.
Today I have been mostly doing sheep.............no I mean, I have been mostly diggin' Stone Temple Pilots
I borrowed "Now Here is Nowhere" by the Secret Machines from a buddy of mine and haven't taken it out of my cd player all day long. "First Wave Intact" is one of the best songs I've heard in a good while.

I'll have to find more songs from them. Anyways I borrowed Wowy Zowee and bought Louden Up Now. Good times. Next up on my to-buy list is Damage and Grace Legacy Edition |
eyes adrift, the hummers
Right now, I am mostly digging Bill Hicks.
Comedy genius. |
Can, T Rex, Stone Roses.
T Rex are tops.
Rush used to open for T-Rex back in the late 70s. My mom saw them.
Rush used to be crap.
Funny how a lot of things never change innit? |
No way, Rush is still pretty good. I just heard "Working Man" on the radio and it was a lot better than their more popular singles.

Comedy genius.
He most certainly is. I've only seen one of his stand-up shows. Revelations. It is bloody good stuff. |
He's dead.
Citizens Here and Abroad. They have both a male and female singer, and remind me somewhat of Death Cab and some other band that i cant think of. Recommended song: Appearances.

Oh really? Anyway, the last few days I've only been listening to Sigur Ros - ( ) and Air - Moon Safari and 10000 Hz Legend. 10000 Hz is an absolutely amazing album. |

That song is really good. I heard it off of Pitchfork recomendations. |
I've b een heavily digging Hope of the States' album The Lost Riots. The first time I listened to it I was like "meh", but the second and third times, nigga I was all like "SHIZ".
