you take 3-5 caps and eat them or I found some site telling me how to make Kool-Aid with them
I don't know from experience.
Also I hear eat a full meal a 1/2hour before taking and while taking eat something

I've heard this song. :) It's about the only one that comes up in a Byrds bio, along with Turn, Turn, Turn (which I don't really care for).
