I didn't want to go to any NY school. I only wanted to go to the Naval Academy in Annapolis. But my leg is ****ed up with achilles tendonitis. So I'm not there.

I'm going to a community college cause I basically hated all other schools lol.

cobert 06-07-2007 09:28 PM

I went on all kinds of sties providing college searches, and all the schools that came up were either Pitt, WVU, or SUNY. I definitely want to leave Pittsburgh, and New York is farther, so I guess Ill hit up some schools up there sometime.

srsly how can you be a drummer with a leg problem?

cbmartinez 06-07-2007 09:50 PM
I think its just like a low quality version of the song. They had a special limited edition 7" you got with preordering Easter on vinyl. Maybe it is from that? Because the video version is the same as the album.
Doesn't make sense that it's low quality, it's definitely a different version and it doesn't really sound live either.
Didn't I up Easter for you chris?
I think so. You definitely hooked me up with Oxeneers, probably Easter too.
Chris, TAAS are good. I got my one friend thats into rap and electronica and **** to dig on one of their jams.
Yeah, that's why I love Oxeneers. The first three tracks have like the grooviest beats ever. Especially the second track, 'Angela's Secret.'

cbmartinez 06-07-2007 09:51 PM

Cob, go to Binghamton. The in state price is ridiculous and the out of state price is really ridiculously reasonable too and it's a fantastic school. One of the best public universities in the Northeast. Really good History program. I considered it for a long time but American is my dream school.

I just dont play double bass or my hi hat anymore. I got a second pair and closed them. So I have one set open and another closed. So like that I dont have to play with my left foot.

SGlove 06-08-2007 02:22 AM
Im seriously considering Binghamton, because of its price.
SUNY ALBANY is where it's at.
Best time of my life ever.

Bingytown is cool too.
There's a reason they're called "Poor Man's Harvard."
Just.. if you're a Jew, it'll work out in your favor
While the prank was hialrious I think the thing that will stick with me is either the really hick, or the funny and self-aware use of NWO on the kid;s face haha.
Its hilarious in itself that these kids still exist.
I love them and their white-trash ways.

Thats the song I sent him.

Thats another reason I really want to go there. Im considering getting into education and being a history teacher.

I feels ya. My drummer has Osgood-Schlatter's disease, so every once in a while after playing for a while his entire leg goes into pain.

Well I look pretty jewish, if that counts for anything.

whiteminority 06-08-2007 11:27 AM

Does anyone know of any other careers besides History Teacher that a History Degree can lead to? I'm considering a double major in History and Engineering since History was my first love.

santi3hg 06-08-2007 12:12 PM

Historian, that a degree like you just mentioned probably a consultant as well on past engineering projects and renovation on old engineering projects. You cold be a lobbyist as well. And pursue law school if you wish.

whiteminority 06-08-2007 10:19 PM

I don't know I'm too indecisive. I don't want to be a stiff working for some firm by kissing ass and the such.

cbmartinez 06-09-2007 11:12 AM

Why would you double major in history and engineering? That's like doing like chemistry and business management. Do history and journalism and write books.

cbmartinez 06-09-2007 11:13 AM
Aww I know somebody at American but I totally forget who it is. Where is it and what kind of school is it? Not super artsy is it?
Not really. It's like 5000 kids, probably one of, if not the, best school in the nation for Poli Sci. GW is up there, I'd love to go there.

cobert 06-09-2007 11:14 AM

Id go with teacher over being a lame curator or something, because a lot of my teachers are mad cool.

cbmartinez 06-09-2007 11:17 AM

I'd get my doctorate and become a professor if I was gonna teach. More $$$

cobert 06-09-2007 11:19 AM

Ive been hearing that from a lot of people lately.

Luxor 06-09-2007 11:22 AM

Free nano when you buy a Macbook if you're a college student. Sick buzz, I was planning on getting one this summer.

cbmartinez 06-09-2007 11:24 AM

Yeah, I'm thinking about getting a mac book but I already have a video so I'd probably sell the nano.

Luxor 06-09-2007 11:33 AM

Sucks that you have to buy it then mail in for the 200 whatever rebate instead of them just adding it on for free though.

I'm doing Engineering and Business.

santi3hg 06-09-2007 04:18 PM

^^
But that makes more sense.
I want to major in Poli Sci. But not sure what I want to minor in. Possibly a foreign language. That is a good combo.

cobert 06-09-2007 04:43 PM

I'm interested in polisci too, Im thinking of taking som classes in polisci / history / sociology all mized for my frist year or so, then Ill make up my mind.
