New Severed Savior sounds like Decrepit Birth if they had Odious Mortem's vocalist

lol shades is so mediocre and kiddy compared to pretty much all death metal.

odious mortem's vocalist is alright, decrepit birth is boring, but they at least used to have a child molester on drums

as for shades, it's pretty much the best dm album of the year, as far as dm written exclusively for the purpose of getting circle pits going goes, and let's be honest, circle pit oriented metal > all other metal

old db is boring, new is anything but. Its literally one lead/solo after another but yeah the vocals are boring. The riffage is also superb.

???I don't recall anyone telling me Severed Savior was mediocre. They're generally well received from what I can gather.

New Bloodbath album leaked. Fairly enjoyable and in the same vein as the EP.

I used to love Bloodbath for all their guitar- and drum-tone godliness, but now I'm just kinda sick of them. I'm probably not gonna get this album unless I hear it at my friend's house and happen to enjoy it more than the other stuff
