Anyway, in other news, I'm going to have to really apply myself in order to not fail Calculus, or at least that's my prediction. I hate being under-prepared for tests.

Funny, it was an interesting combination of things that lead to this disaster:

a) A fairly ineffective teacher
b) My being nearly violently sick shortly before class on Monday
c) My missing the classroom explanation of the final material on the exam
d) My missing the knowledge of there [I]being[/I] an exam, thanks to my missing class
e) Poor retention (due to a combination of controllable and uncontrollable factors) of earlier properties of Differentiation

I've actually never been to England, Tom, and it was InMyPlace that made the thread... though I'm sure you knew that.

I just happen to be a big fan of British things, like your TV and your music, especially Radiohead. I just can't get enough Radiohead and Monty Python. Also, your authors and comedians have an odd tendency to be funnier often times.
