I listened to the new Veil Of Maya album finally. I really like it. Its not as generic as most of the stuff out there.

Akissforjersey, their a post-hardcore band signed to Tragic Hero Records. If you like that type of music they have 4 new songs posted on their myspace.

Idk what it is about Veil of Maya but i think they are just kind of boring now WAIT A MINUTE, its not because they arent technical enough or skilled musically its just they dont seem to be doing anything new. I like their old stuff better but it all suffers from the same problem: unoriginality

Never heard anything from them, but my guess is that the album you got is boring and repetitive just like most other Deathcore bands.

I actually like it.
I haven't heard anything good about them besides from the hardcore kids I'm shocked I'm friends with so I once I realized what I purchased, I got nervous that I wasted ten bucks.

It's actually pretty good.
I like the vocals.

count your blessings is a really good deathcore album, the only real reason people hate them is because oli sykes trolls hard irl, but for real, architects and bring me the horizon need to do a us tour together

They actually kind of sound like what would happen if TBDM became emo kids and threw lots of pointless breakdowns into their music

lol tbdm is good, but i definitely prefer similar bands (job for a cowboy, kota, tteotd, bmth, darkest hour, RIFLES AT RECESS, prayer for cleansing, viatrophy, undying, velvet dawn, in death we rise, etc.)

I like Unhallowed a lot, and I still like all the other BDM albums more than any BMTH.

Unhallowed and Nocturnal are both excellent

Plus I think bmth are generally a lazy band.
