You put your letters on a jacket? What is this, the 50s? I just have mine in the folder they came in.

Charizard 11-27-2007 08:35 PM
what a waste of money
right, i know?

Angmar 11-27-2007 08:36 PM

They're little small patches that come in a little folder and there is a big letter you put on the jacket with all of the little patches for each individual letter you receive from each activity.

pate 11-27-2007 08:38 PM

I got a big letter and a couple little ones, but I didn't know people still put their letters on jackets.

AA-12 11-27-2007 08:40 PM

wtf is a letter

Angmar 11-27-2007 08:43 PM

@Lee: Yeah that's how they do it at my school

@Josh: It's like an honorary thing you get from extra curricular activities like sports and band, essentially it tells you that you did a good job and you get to show off by putting these little patches on a jacket.

pate 11-27-2007 08:45 PM
@Lee: Yeah that's how they do it at my school
Ahh. Nobody at mine did that, and I don't think band people at my school got them. You had to be on the field/court for varsity for like 3/4 of the season to get one.

Sounds awesome Angmar. Maybe afterwards we can cruise down to the malt shop and gets some shakes from Pop. I hear the new waitress has a groovy set of jugs.

I'm not sure how to take this. :upset:

gmoneyguy 11-27-2007 08:47 PM

I didn't do anything in high school to earn a letter. I liked smoking pot and playing guitar with my friends too much.

Angmar: you're supposed to lol.

Charizard 11-27-2007 08:49 PM

Same here, except replace guitar with screaming.

Riva 11-27-2007 08:49 PM

He's more the Ihsahn. Less flashy, but more talent.

Riva 11-27-2007 08:57 PM

Ok, then Leyton Hewitt is the Abbath. And John McEnroe can be Varg: Fairly intelligent but batshit insane and prone to tantrums.

I'm probably gonna name Mark Philipousis as Maniac, since both are conceited and made of fail.

pate 11-27-2007 08:59 PM

I think you nailed it on the head, except Lleyton Hewitt is more like Matt Heafy.

As and Bs with the occasional C sprinkled in there. I could have done better, but I didn't apply myself. I didn't apply to college until my spring semester of Senior year. Needless to say, since I didn't even apply for scholarships I am spending a 3rd year at CC.

I don't really regret because I had fun, but I could have done better academically.

Riva 11-27-2007 09:00 PM

ARE YOU KIDDING ME HE HAD HIS OWN TV SHOW IN THE US WHERE HE PASHED LIKE 20 GIRLS A NIGHT

Riva 11-27-2007 09:07 PM
Use of the word "pash" is probably proof of large bundle of sticksness.
Going down on Catholic priests for indulgences is probably proof of faggotry also.

TojesDolan 11-27-2007 09:10 PM

Actually both of you can go shove a faggot in your as‪ses.

Riva 11-27-2007 09:13 PM

How come you hard deleted Dave's post and not mine, huh? Some kind of CATHOLIC CONSPIRACY no doubt. EDIT: ok maybe I am going crazy but I am sure that Dave replied to my last post before this one. :-/

pate 11-27-2007 09:17 PM

I saw it too.
