thirty times worse. its conservative, looks like eastern montana everywhere (flat dry and empty), the speed limit is 65 on highways which is really gay i went there to visit my dad this summer and got pulled over cause i was driving 85. i can't drive 65.
plus its like a huge indian reservation so everything is ghetto.

no the rocky mtn. states have really high speed limits cause nobody lives there and its the only way to kill an elk/ get back to 1985

80mph is pretty much the universal unspoken actual speed limit on open highways

80 actually is the posted speed limit in west texas

there are some 75 and 80 mph areas in southern utah/nevada

then some guy got pulled over and said that our rule of "reasonable" speed limit was vague and took it to our supreme court who said it ruined due process. that and the federal gov't was threatening to take away highway funding unless we started following the 1995 act or whatever.
