well the lyrics are very "serious" (i am very into zombies and the whole mythos surrounding them [yes since before they started doing remakes :p] and write "my" version of it) so i figured a campy, 80's horror movie logo 'joke' title for the band would be a nice juxtaposition to that. and i like the ambiguity

but i understand it's not a universally great name

i thought about going with ANTIMATED first, even drew up a pretty cool logo (there the two T's where inverted crosses and the M was like bat-wings)

I'm listening to this side-project of one of the guys from the Chasm (lol, I didnt realize they had a Canuck in the band) and it's pretty solid so far, especially for a one man band.

edit: Oh, he was just a session and touring member. That makes more sense, them being Mexican and all. Still, this is solid stuff.

Chasm were good from what I remember. I don't have any albums though.

yeah, i definitely like the name for its referencing, also, a lot of the remakes arent that bad :o

I can't listen to the tracks (Myspace blocked at work) but I wholly approve of this kind of things. Inverted crosses? bat wings? sounds great. Must add cobwebs though.
