I was once like this, it takes that initial "push" to get the ball rolling.

just make yourself understand clearly what you want, and whether its a realistic aspiration. if not, discard it and move on and focus on something worthwhile. then, break that down into a few ways to achieve it and go for it.

if you dunno where to begin, force a beginning then from there at least you'll have the perspective to see what you are doing wrong. then modify the behavior. eventually, you'll have disciplined yourself enough to realise you can achieve something small, whatever it is.

and you will feel very very happy at your small victory and realise that doing something hard is nothing more then trial and error, and self-discipline is not unachievable.
