Nah, i've already said i've lost my face during a trip to India and an unfortunate incident with a tiger. But from that i managed to gain excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pfft. Haha, me and the guitarist were discussing a cover to play. He wanted to do rocket from the crypt - ' on a rope' I agreed, and later on I jokingly said "lets do spit it out by slipknot" James: yeah wallace doesn't like on a rope so we'll do that. /takes a deep breath |
On a rope is so much more chantable. especially if you start changing the lyrics every other line to pope, dope, soap, etc.
But its always nice when the prospect of getting your own way looks more and more likely |
Ben...are you applying for anything in particular, or are you just redoing your CV for the sake of it? And those Mogwai songs you sent me were really impressive the other way...really relaxing stuff. And I insist that you include the line "Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste" in any future interview. :p
Im going for a job with a company called Encore, they're a personnel company. The job is at the bottom of their ladder (administration lackey), but the promotion ops sound great. So im trying to really put a solid CV for this one, cover letter and all, sinc eth eone i've been using sounds crappier each time I re read it. And im glad you like Mogwai, Ratts Of The Capital is such an immense song. |

'sup slow moving thread tonight.

Brum, on your music tech course do you have to do music in context?
|
I think so...
Elaborate. |
I think so...
Elaborate.
Stuff about the origins of popular music, how it ties into other genres, i.e. african slaves plus european gospel music = blues. |
Yeh, we've done that + the History of Popular Music.
Its been quite interesting. |
Biggest regret = Not selecting music as choices at school
Im so tempted to sign on to a college course, but im bound to get stuck with kids. |
Biggest regret - Taking A-Level geography
Best desecision ever made - Droping geography and taking up graphics design, I want a job in graphics now and everything. |
Biggest regret - convincing the head of physics to let me onto the AS course. I hate the subject now.
I got a U in my AS Module, I'm not going to re-sit. |
While you're around Butler, im taking it that the pop punk community thread is some sort of butler inclusive pun. Its getting very weird reading such a phrase every time I click onto Mx

AS/A level sciences are ALOT harder than what they were at GCSE, I remember finding GCSE Physics quite hard at times, AS Physics is just a joke though.

But I would feel really out of place. And kids these days are scary. Ill stick to reading lessons and articles off the web for now |
I hope you're more successful than I am, I get bored of them very quickly. I need to get a tutor or change my course next year.

Hello, MX UK. It's the middle of the night, but I'd thought I'd drop by and say that there's some List website that's put Matt Bellamy at 99 on the "100 best lyricists" thread and "Hysteria" somewhere on the "Greatest rock riffs" list.
Also, I have heard the new 'Phonics single, and it sounds like a decent, solid alternaitve song. |
It reminded me of driving for some reason.
Then I saw the video, and apparently I'm not alone in that feeling since the guy is driving in the video. (i forget his name,Butler will moan at me for it) |
