The problem about doing it myself is, I am the one doing the work. I have trouble toasting Pop Tarts, how will I be able to use a Soldering Iron?
Just don't put the soldering iron in the toaster whatever you do :D

PaulSimonon 11-15-2004 04:11 PM

Well, I think there is a huge difference between a toaster and a soldering iron.

I hate toasters. They never give you what you want, they just BURN it.

Maybe I'm just stupid.

Foxfire 11-15-2004 04:13 PM

I need to learn to use a soldering iron.

And hey Radio, haven't talked to you in a while. :) Never was able to get that DB-500. :( Might get a Cube for a practice amp.

neal_672 11-15-2004 04:14 PM

It's not that difficult to use one. Toasters on the other hand  **** things burn my poptarts

peeted 11-15-2004 04:14 PM

having a solderig iron shoved in your eye would probibly hurt quite alot

I hate them...

Okay.... I'll give it a try on some toaster struedels... I'll report back in awhile.

Spaceman Spiff 11-15-2004 04:20 PM

toasters never work properly, they toast slices of bread unevenly, leaving some parts all black while other parts are still good or just not toasted enough.

neal_672 11-15-2004 04:23 PM
toasters never work properly, they toast slices of bread unevenly, leaving some parts all black while other parts are still good or just not toasted enough.
Yup, useless things they are, there's nothing worse than unevenly toasted toast :(

PaulSimonon 11-15-2004 04:25 PM

Golden brown. Slightly overdone. Tasty.

I just got a B+ on an article on Leeds festival for English w00t we rule :thumb:

Foxfire 11-15-2004 04:30 PM

I have to write a two page paper on the similarities between Canada and the U.S.

And tomorrow (though I'm not going to school I don't think; yay for pink eye) I have a test in biology.

Of course, if I don't go, I'm going to end up doing work for science fair.

PaulSimonon 11-15-2004 04:30 PM

Hey Super.

I doubt I'd comprehend, or actually want to read a 12 page essay on the hispanic electorate's voting habits.

Heh, problem is, that's kind of how I feel about it. The bummer about being a poli sci major is that you have to take a required number of classes in domestic politics, which is a total *yawn*. I'm all about the international stuff.

:amaze: 11-15-2004 04:34 PM

Hey everyone, I have returned.

I like politics to an extent.... but it wears on me after awhile... all those people...

Hey Luke.

:amaze: 11-15-2004 04:40 PM

How's everyone's life going?

(Don't ask about mine, I don't want to talk about it anymore...)

super deluxe 11-15-2004 04:41 PM

Life is lame. Drummer sucks. Boyfriend is being bitchy and unpleasant. Finals are coming up.

Hey, you asked!

:amaze: 11-15-2004 04:44 PM

Sorry to hear that, Super.

*e-hugs*

I heart hockey. I used to play all the time, and now I live by a public rink, so we sneak on at midnight and play.

All I need now is the mullet!

And thanks, Luke. Now I'll stop being emo.

PaulSimonon 11-15-2004 04:50 PM

Banned from a pub?!

That's hard to do, isn't it?

:amaze: 11-15-2004 04:51 PM

What did you do to get yourselves banned?

:amaze:

Heh, no problem. I feel the same way, hence why I don't want to talk about it.

I'm getting a car soon! (I hope).

We asked if we were getting paid for the gig and the owner went off it saying "we get nothing out of it so neither will you" being really bitchy. So our singer guitarist told her to **** off and we got banned :thumb: :upset:

Oh, that and we pushed the PA system off a table and broke it :D By complete accident though, it just kinda fell off

I'd love to be able to play every night.... I'm just too lazy to walk a mile and a half with my bag....

Way to go :thumb: ... I was half-expecting a better story though, so you should have embellished a little bit.

Ok AND we blew up* the place :p just to show the owner who's boss...

*did nothing to

Although there was a rather large fight outside afterwards between some chavs/townies etc and a bunch of people from the gig that was interesting...

*doesn't have an interesting story* :upset:

Our singer is out tonight looking at a terrible rusty old molester van we may buy for the band. For $600 I guess you can't really expect much though...

That would be a nice thing to have for a band ... just to be able to transport everything at once. You can always pimp it out too
