I dunno. Just sort of broach the topic and maybe suggest that you'd like to become sometihing more than friends.
eh, that seems so middle schoolish though.
Fine then.

Burn down her house, pillage her crops, sling her over your shoulder and claim her as your property.

Simple.
Good job. :thumb:
Yeah. I was surprised and happy.

This bodes well for my midterm next week.
Then ask her out... ?
Yeah, exactly.

Just talk to her about it. You should be comfortable enough around her to be open about such topics seeing as you two have known each other for a long while, and you already do activities together as it is, so what is the big deal?

Either go for it or bring up the topic in conversation.

User Name 10-04-2006 07:52 PM

123, Ben. It can't fail.

Personally, I think you should just tell her how you feel.

You obviously don't see her as a friend, you see herm ore than that. Tell her that.

Worrpigs 10-04-2006 07:55 PM

man, were like all you guys shrinks in a previous life? your good at this.

Spaceman Spiff 10-04-2006 07:56 PM

I still want to tell this one girl how I feel... but that'll be difficult. I don't know her too well, but we do talk occasionally, but right now she's living in another city where she goes to university. :upset:

You know how I managed to summon up the courage to tell the girl I like just that?

I didn't.

It was 3 am, we're talking on the phone, and I'm too sleepy to know what I'm talking about, and I blurt it out. :p

Try that.

I still have nothing on the horizon, lady-wise. Except maybe this senior, but I don't think she knows how old I am.

My lady friend is a year younger, which makes some things in the future a bit tricky.

It's like Ferris Bueller!

You can still keep in touch, though. It's not 1986. It would be tough, but if you really care for eachother, you could try it.

I'm only 16 and this girl is 18. She seems to think I'm a senior too.

Blurting it out has worked more times than not.

Don't be afraid of rejection, people! If you are indeed rejected, just accept it and move on. Plenty of other ladies out there!

Hmm... I could try something similar.

I'll deprive myself of sleep for a day or two, then I'll just be so out of it that I'll be able to say anything without really worrying. :p

I <3 sleep deprivation... I act like I don't because people would think I'm just too weird, but screw sleep.

If you truly love her, you want her to be happy, with or without you.

It's tough.

Be cute and flirty with her when he isn't around. That will give you the definite spot of boyfriend after they break up. You have to do it correctly, though; otherwise, you just fuck yourself over.

That causes more trouble than good, from what I've seen.

Oh, I know. I'd never do anything to jeopardize their relationship. I do care about her that much.

I do want her to be happy.

If things are meant to work out, I can wait for it to happen. I just got out of a long relationship, so I'm in no rush to get back into one.

Radiobass81 10-04-2006 08:07 PM
That causes more trouble than good, from what I've seen.
Yeah. I would seriously loose respect for anyone who tries that. She's in a relationship, happy, and just because you're ego can't let that go, doesn't mean you should try and get her mixed feelings on everything.

Eh... we already had a few intimate moments together during the summer, anyway.

That is why you have to do it correctly! I have done it before, and it works if you can pull it off. If you don't have the charm of abilities to do it, though, you kind of just mess everything up.

I would advise not to do it, actually, but it is up to the doer!
Eh... we already had a few intimate moments together during the summer, anyway.
That is better than nothing!
Yeah. I would seriously loose respect for anyone who tries that. She's in a relationship, happy, and just because you're ego can't let that go, doesn't mean you should try and get her mixed feelings on everything.
I wasn't telling him to go and ruin the relationship.

Just to clear things up with everyone, I don't go around doing that to people just to steal their girlfriends. I wouldn't do anything like that. I have had boyfriends be mad at me for attempting to "steal" their girlfriend, and that was when I wasn't even interested in the girl. Boyfriends can be douchebags sometimes. I am just overly nice and sometimes flirty with most girls, so it isn't like I am intentionally doing it, if that makes sense.

With me, it's not a matter of if it works or not, but it's an incredibly filthy thing to do.
