the thing that pisses me off is that when I bought the RR yesterday the ppl at sam ash lost the chrome trem bar and had to give me a black one...until they find the chrome one.

yea i had to take the chrome pickup covers off my dean because i was getting insane feedback...ironically enough my bridge pickup was black and the neck was gray so it looks kinda stupid now...im thinking about replacing them though |

any ideas for pickups to replace my old ones...i want something good for both metal and clean, and not EMG's cause i dont want to have to mess with the body of the guitar |
jan, 14 1990...how long you been playing
The computer/guitar thing doesn't work for me...I get distracted by one or the other.

Seymour Duncan Design Detonators; about 3-4 years solid, 10 off and on, do you have hummers or single coil? |

you just not multi-talented like us :p |
Dimarzio Elementals are very versital, clean and heavy distortion

humbuckers...the detonators dont have too much output do they i dont want to have to deal with too much feedback again |

what do you think are good pickups for this kid... he wants good solid clean but be able to have some heavy distortion without too much feed back |
wow, all this talk about guitars..
My main instrument is and probably always will be the keyboard, but I've wanted to get into guitar for a while. Right now all I have is an acoustic, which isn't bad. I really want to get an electric though...but I'm pitifully broke because of school. Can anyone recommend some relatively inexpensive guitars that sound good? |

Who cares? It's just a thread title. As long as it applies to what is being talked about in the thread then it shouldnt matter. |
I'm getting ready to buy a set of DiMarzio pickups. Air Zone and Air Norton.

i ask myself this but all i can say is its all about the way you want it to sound |
If Gibson sells pickups, get those...
Some of the best clean tones you'll ever hear, and great distorted tone too...it's so thick. |
I <3 my SG. I can get a perfect Laiho sound on it.
|
I love my Paul...
Great sound for a great price. $1300 used and it was in perfect condition...no scratches, scuffs, even dings in the finish. Looked like it came right out of the box. |
