Oh. MITB is a power violence band that had no guitars and used two basses. They were pretty scary and they also did a lot of noise. They were pretty influential. I was thinking you guys got the idea from them or something.

whiteminority 02-02-2006 10:06 PM

late term abortion three decades late be sure to empty all ten commandments into his chest for only holy redneck terrorism can usher in the second coming of the coat hanger

whoever knows what song and band and release those lyrics are from gets mad props.

Nah, we do it because neither of us can play guitar, and since we live next to each other, we play power violence ala-no guitar in our off time. However, I listened to MITB, and that's the general idea, but they're kinda slower... and wierder than us. Cool **** though. No, our music is kinda like if you mixed Charles Bronson and Poison Idea (a little of both early and later Poison Idea). Minus guitar.

Abandon all hope 02-02-2006 10:59 PM

Love Nausea. Absolutely love them.

Subvert_bassist 02-03-2006 12:01 AM

Yeah, Nausea rocks. One of my first couple crust bands, and still my favorite, easily.

Feel The Darkness 02-03-2006 07:44 AM

Alright, I talked to Jon from WB2D, and he says that Jack is out of the hospital for now and is doing better. So that's awesome news. I hope he manages to cover his hospital bills.

Theramed 02-03-2006 11:39 AM

Extreme noise terror anyone?

I didn't see that post until you answered it, but as soon as I read the lyrics I knew what it was. Pig Destroyer has some of the best lyrics around. They're beautiful and nauseating at the same time.

DaveToopes 02-03-2006 05:44 PM

Me too.

Subvert_bassist 02-03-2006 05:59 PM

I have, to this day, still not heard Vincent Prices Orphan Powered Death Machine. I'm trying to find them now.
