Well I made sort of a mistake (I've been yelled at about it twice before; ironically, it was once this year, once last year, and one the year before that): I kissed a girl in front of a teacher. This wasn't supposed to happen; I didn't see her walk up by us. I don't think she would have cared (awesome teacher, love to talk to her), except that another lady bothered her about it.

Last year I was told that "PDA is strictly against the rules."

Knowing me and growing up around a friend who's dad is a lawyer, I've looked and looked for this rule and I can't find it anywhere. Not even in the school's own rules. I'm really confused. Don't the little kids see their parents showing affection? Jeez.

Though I guess that's an unfair comparison. Oh well, whatever.

I got a detention for doing that when I went to high school, and it wasnt in the rules thier, its so ridiculus.

I think it's worse in high school when they yell at kids for that.

You assume that there's a certain level of maturity there, from both the kids and staff...

That actually happened to me, we weren't even going out and we pecked goodbye. The teacher told me to come with him, to which I replied no, and left and went home.

they have only once botherd about anyone i know in my school. they dont seem to cair if your in teh same year but if the boys older than the girl then they dont seem to like it. i think the teachers just hate the fact that they know were geting it and they arnt

By any chance, how much would it cost to get the pickups replaced on a bass? I really want to change the ones on my fretless, and maybe a Brice T-bird I now have my eye on :).

It shouldn't cost anything if you get them replaced at the store you bought the pickups at. If I were you, I'd just replace the pickups myself... got a soldering iron?

The problem about doing it myself is, I am the one doing the work. I have trouble toasting Pop Tarts, how will I be able to use a Soldering Iron?
