It's tradition for people living here to go to Ontario on their 19th birthday.

18 over here. 16 if you're in a restaurant. If you're in a house - yours or someone elses - parental supervision or not - then you can drink to any excess at any age

Its a stupid farm kid tradition in Sask to drive to a city called Lloydminister on their 18th birthday because the city is on the border of Saskatchewan and Alberta and in Alberta the drinking age is 18. Very foolish when finding a pull is easiest thing ever when drinking age is 19.

Yeah, I live outside of Detroit. We just hop the river to Windsor. Good times. You Canadians also have Cuban cigars which we don't have either due to that stupid embargo. I brought back a bunch of those last time I was in Windsor.
