I am retarded when it comes to handiwork and the like. So, how, my good man, do I go about doing so.
Peel off most of sticker, apply solvent. My favorite is paint thinner. I've used acetone on some things as well. The solvent will soften the remaining adhesive. Rub hard at the residue with a rag; denim works well. Or you can scrape off small bits with your fingernail. Once you've got only a thin film left, just wipe it a few times with some more solvent then a dry rag.

Don't worry, at least you're not the kid who made a thread on how to get fingerprints off his guitar.
Your looking for the bad! Of course you will find it! I don't personally know you, but, I could find something "Bad" about you, And for damn sure you could find something bad with me! Doesn't mean either of us are Garbage.
You would have liked my high school. Everythijg is laid out in front of you. You get a few days to choose a career path, You graduate early, and then have a full time job.
Really, I don't mind my school. It's a weird self paced system, so I don't even really have classes, just seminars, then we work on our own. Kind of like college really.

and the solvent of my choice won't hurt the finish on my guitar?

Epiphender 02-16-2006 01:36 AM

Paint thinner or acetone shouldn't. I've never had problems yet.

Motleyguy 02-16-2006 01:36 AM

alright, I'll probably use paint thinner, as I have no idea what acetone is.

Epiphender 02-16-2006 01:50 AM

Twenty-three years old since the 6th of October.

Motleyguy 02-16-2006 01:53 AM

aha, yes, he really is an old man.

Epiphender 02-16-2006 01:55 AM

Haha well...I guess he could be relative to the majority of people on here. Anyone who's not 16 is a total alien.

Motleyguy 02-16-2006 01:58 AM

aha, I'm 17...does that make me an alien too?

Josiah 02-16-2006 02:01 AM

Bah I'm turning 23 soon!

Motleyguy 02-16-2006 02:06 AM

Josiah 02-16-2006 02:11 AM

Ha seriouslly. Puppy love, ain't it cute.

Haha older! No no... I'm just a kid, just my body keeps aging!! I'm a youngin, college student, part time ferocious drummer and full time lover.

Since we are competing, my girl is a 20 yr old red head bombshell. Not old enough to buy a beer, but man you don't need one with her... Mmmm still can taste her on my hands.

Jezen 02-16-2006 02:13 AM

Well I just told my mum that she is sleeping over on Valentines, and so she called her parents, made sure it was alright, then said 'ok' and gave me some Bacardi.

I have slept at hers before too. Her parents really like me.

aha, good stuff. Where are you going to school, and what are you taking?

Josiah 02-16-2006 02:15 AM

I'm going too ********** College. I'm a dual major Business Law and Applied Pyschology

Haha you know british boy, talking like that doesn't make you cool. That's just sad. If you are going to drink, at least drink some quality booze. Get yourself a nice brandy or gin.

Too young to be doin that stuff anyway. One day you'll wake up, be 30, missing a nut, half your liver, taking 4 pills a day to keep the herpes at bay.. and then the colon cancer kicks in.

Looking into becoming a corporate lawyer?

oh, and I prefer Jagermeister for liquor, though a nice pale ale is always good.

Josiah 02-16-2006 02:24 AM

Woot to Sierra Nevada! Blessed are those who know.

Yea, I was planning on it. But you know just randomness, meet a girl, things just happen. My oh my she has a fine booty, and that gourgous red hair to go with it. She's pretty into me, almost scary like... but I like it.

It's a little upsetting that you think i'm trying to make myself look cool. My point was that it is unusual for parents to give their children alcohol, at least where I was brought up..

You're kind of putting me in the light of one of those kids that smokes to look cool or tough or whatever. You know really, that aint me.

Josiah 02-16-2006 02:26 AM

Hmm interesting. Alcoholic parents?

Just randomly, if one were to read what you have said in your last post or 2. They'd have a really safe bet you lived in a hick town in the tennesse.. young girl stayin over, no parents caring, handing out hard liquor to the kids. Ya gotta admit that sounds aweful hickish.

My mom buys me alcohol, and gives me money to buy alcohol quite often. The only condition is that I have to be responsible, and I if I happen to be too drunk to walk home, call her to pick me up, or get a taxi to bring me home.

No, but you said specifically Bacardi. You even capitalized the name. Bacardi is a famous brand of rum, a hard liquor. The implication, most always, in using that name is very strong rum. Most notably Bacardi Gold 151 or Silver. The former pulling in 75.5% and the later around 40.5% ALCV
