Oh, the cool kids are talking about doing drugs. I'll just go become a lawyer. Hopefully I don't run into any of you later on. For your sake, that is.
I tried it once. Good luck with your future career. |
Where's that edit at?
|
Well, I don't think each drop contains it's own mood and characteristics. So, if the LSD got back into your system, you'd probably react to it the same as if you had taken it a short time ago.
|
I've heard that the whole "crack your spine and re-experience an acid trip" doesn't work anyway. My friends ultra-hippie dad would know, and he said he has never heard of that happening.

The Byrds - The Christian Life
http://s27.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1H63YTUT2LHBB3TTMEYGOQFZFK I like this song. There is no tongue and cheek attitude to it. I'm thinking doing shrooms first my be a better idea then just jumping into LSD. |
I'm thinking doing shrooms first my be a better idea then just jumping into LSD.
I agree |
Does anyone else remember Voodoo's stories? I'll tell them again if I have to.
I do, that was a looooooong time back though. |
The fluid in your spinal column and your vertebrae will carry traces of acid to the death, and some users from the 60's have reported flashbacks when they crack their back and the fluid is released. Flashbacks aren't always a good thing, mind you.
That's pretty crazy. I wouldn't mind trying acid once. |
Trip drugs are an important part of making psychedelic music. They've influenced a lot of great lyrics.
/me is trying to keep this about the music. |
Yea sorry I couldn't think of anything music related to throw in there.
How about the stuff you'd listen to while on it? I'd go with The Doors, some Floyd stuff, and probably a Yes album. |
Last time I was high, I listened to "Fire on the Mountain" on surround sound speakers. That was very odd.
|
Last time I was high, I went to the Amphora and ate a wonderful cheeseburger. My friend told me I was being completely rude to the waiter haha I guess I lose a sense of manners when I'm high, I don't know why.
Oh yeah ... and uh ... George Thorogood & the Destroyers rock. |
People make such a big deal out of music to listen to when you're high. You can listen to anything pretty much and just jam to it.
|

Oh yeah ... and uh ... George Thorogood & the Destroyers rock.
That they do! My second favorite _____ and the _________s band. (paul revere and the raiders are my favorite). |

But some stuff is better than others. That's all there is to it. |

Is it weird that I've never listened to music while high? Actually, I've never even been high. |
Drugs just show that your imagination is weak.
|
Drugs just show that your imagination is weak.
I respect people who don't do drugs, but I can guarantee you that actually getting high is a lot more fun than imagining you are high. The truth is, the more imagination you have, the more fun drugs are. Of course I've only smoked weed and tried DXM (not very fun). I'd try shrooms but you're not supposed to do it if you have any issues/problems at the time, so it wouldn't be a good idea for me. And getting high to any music is decent as long as it has some sort of a bassline you can groove to....now off the topic of drugs. I voted for Paranoid in the album poll, there were a few that I would like to go through, but that one really stands out. I think it's got some really great songs on it. |
Probably not, unless he could see into the future.
Jim Morrison could see the future in a way. He was quoted saying around the time the Vietnam war is ending, a new type of music will come out that will be simple, raw and full of rebellion...as the vietnam war ended Punk music started up. He also said that in a few decades he can imagine people making music using electronic machines to get strange sounds, instead of normal instruments...which was techno. Jim knows all and sees all. (and don't correct me by saying "knew all and saw all") |
Holy **** WOOT... Ive been using that phrase for liek 2 months , Me and my friend
