What are your views on S&M?

/Saves thread from third page
they should play the unforgiven and fade to black instead of of wolf and man and devil's dance

Joe 05-01-2005 03:07 PM
I don't have S&M. It's too expensive around here.
go in the YSI threads and ask for Master of Puppets, No Leaf Clover, One, Nothing Else Matters, Battery, and Hero of the Day

EDIT: and Fuel. I'd upload them for you, but my computer is being stupid

LarsAgi007 05-01-2005 03:24 PM

Would it not be easier to just download WinMX and download all the songs you want off there?? I can promise a search of ''Metallica'' will yield thousands of results. :thumb:

Huber 05-01-2005 03:43 PM

I trust people on MX a lot more than I trust WinMX

I'm giving The Black album a spin for the first time in awhile. It's great to listen to it again.

Joe 05-01-2005 03:44 PM

well you can if you want, it's just don't think anyone here would try and spread viruses thru the YSI files

I dont think they shouldve played outlaw torn or enter sandman ( it was ok but the orchestra didnt fit) they shouldve played fade to black sanitarium and creeping death. IMO.

What's wrong with The Outlaw Torn? :confused:

vashts80 05-01-2005 05:09 PM

They could not come up with a suitable arrangement for any of those songs (FtB, Sanitarium, Death, and Unforgiven)
They could not come up with a suitable arrangement for any of those songs (FtB, Sanitarium, Death, and Unforgiven)
are you sure? if they came up with One, FTB is just as easy

Huber 05-01-2005 06:08 PM

Yeah, gocaps I'm voting you through all the way on the R&Mer of the month thing.

Your avatar comment should end with a semi-colon by the way.

OK. ....Why?

Chu 05-01-2005 07:02 PM

Dunno, just thinking.
I guess I was thinking about programming, never mind.

for (int i = 0; i > 10; i++)
{
std::cout << "Metallica pwns!" << std::endl;
}

Or something along those lines.

lilmetallica 05-01-2005 07:09 PM

Ummm... am i stupid or is that some thing that only trained people can understand?

Chu 05-01-2005 07:10 PM

Nah, you're not stupid.
It's a loop in C++, a computer programming language.

Joe 05-01-2005 07:10 PM

yea, agreed, i'm so lost

Huber 05-01-2005 07:11 PM

Trained people. In some programming languages a semi-colon is required after certain lines.

Yeah :)
You program?

Six Foot Revolver 05-01-2005 07:12 PM

Teach my your awesome programming skills and I will give you a shiny e-cookie and make love to your face :-*

Huber 05-01-2005 07:14 PM
Yeah :)
You program?
I used to know VB and Java and of course the internet languages and mark-up languages, but I haven't bothered with that stuff in a long time. Music and games took over programming completely and I haven't had the time.

Chu 05-01-2005 07:14 PM

I sense sarcasm?
I could try if you wanted?
I wouldn't teach you C++ though, probably Visual basic so you could write applications for Windows (Assuming you use Windows? A Metallica/Linux/Unix geek would rock :o)

Huber 05-01-2005 07:15 PM

Yeah, VB first, C++ later.

I think he was sarcastic anyways.

Chu 05-01-2005 07:16 PM

You should get back into it! :)
I'm kinda the same, I let guitar get the better of me, but recently I've been getting back into programming (And neglecting my guitar to be honest, I broke the high e string a while ago and haven't been bothered getting a replacement) for a job, so it's kinda rewarding.

Are you Australian by the way? And what games do you play?
