are you high
For once, no.

cobert 04-06-2007 10:47 PM

I can tell Im going to be a shitty father. I have no clue how being a dad works, I was raised all by my mother and sister. My dad just kind of came home from a mix of working on roofs all day and popping oxycontin and then just went to sleep. Im pretty sure that qualifies as not teaching your kid the right way to do things. I think all he ever taught me was how to ride a bike.

/pussy sob story

Eliminator 04-06-2007 10:48 PM

well considering i'll never have sex there is no chance that i'd have a kid

and if somehow i were to have one

either i would kill it or myself

Yeah dude, I cant handle people either. I couldnt even have one on accident, I take way too much pride in my self control to let myself bone anyone below my standards, which apparently means nobody since exactly 0 people meet my standards.

bottlerocket 04-06-2007 10:56 PM

Cob, you're stuck up.

No, just kidding...I know what you mean.

Eliminator 04-06-2007 10:58 PM

i cant stand children

and i really dont think the world would appreciate me spreading my shitty genes

bottlerocket 04-06-2007 11:00 PM

I love children. It's all in knowing how to handle them.

Granted, there are some brats out there, but most of it is just bad parenting. Some kids just suck, though.

Eliminator 04-06-2007 11:01 PM

including me
Cob, you're stuck up.
Eliminator 04-06-2007 11:06 PM

HAHAHAHAHA

That's so awesome.

AIRIC 04-06-2007 11:34 PM

I'm pretty good with kids too. They seem to really like me for some reason, same with animals. The thing that excites me about being a father is that a kid is one thing that really no one could come between. Even with a wife something could happen but a kid comes straight for you. Cool stuff, must be a great feeling.

bottlerocket 04-06-2007 11:49 PM

^ Exactly.

I'm really good with animals, too.

I think it's some sort of vibe you send out...animals and kids just pick up on it moreso than adult humans for whatever reason. I've noticed if kids like you, animals do and vice versa.

Animals and kids love me.

AIRIC 04-06-2007 11:51 PM

Yupp. I think kids are a lot less susceptable to steroetypes etc so when they see someone they see them more as a person than whatever older people see others as. Little kids are people you can actually be yourself around. And obviously animals go directly off vibes/instinct so as long as you're not feeling aggressive or scared they will like you.

bottlerocket 04-06-2007 11:55 PM

Truest thing ever said on this forum.

Ever.

OK not really but it's still really true. I'd agree with you 100% there.

So I'm not going to be on at all tomorrow any time past 6 because I'll probably too drunk and/or stoned to make a coherent post, since I'll be celebrating my birthday and everything.

THAT should be interesting...

AIRIC 04-07-2007 12:16 AM

My weekend is going to suck. Going to my dad's tommorow morning. Gonna be there until Tuesday morning probably. Sunday night could be a lot of fun because my cousin is gonna be with me and he's always getting dank bud from different parts of the world (olympic skiier!) so we'll probably get messed up.

bleep_bloop 04-07-2007 01:12 AM

all my friends are assholes that never call me >:-(
and you believe the psychological conditioned college of the U.S.B is the way to go?
you really don't need that crap "just" to make a difference in this world.
go pick up garbage in the streets. that'll make a difference, AND save you $$$.
No, I know the way I want to bring change requires upper level knowledge that requires a few years at school. I pick up garbage when I see it and toss it in the next trash can but I know that's not enough cans in the street is a far more cosmetic problem than it is an environment rattling condition. Going to school and understanding energy creating processes and applying that knowledge into research and application of alternative fuel sources IS something that will cause change, I probaly won't do anything that will benefit in my lifetime but I might notice something that someone later might be able to apply that will cause a change, and to me that is far more satisfying/important than doing what a bunch of teenage "punks" zonked out on cheap drugs think is punk.

yes, I see your point. but you really don't need college for that. there are numerous of scientists and theoretics (I have no idea if that's actually a word, I'm not a native Englishman) who didn't go to college. most of them just have a brilliant IQ. and combining that with (the right ammount) of drugs, such as meth and marijuana (depends on the situation), has proven to be much more efficient than a college education.
you DO of course need to hold some knowledge, but you can obtain knowledge through books, the internet, mentors or whatever. you don't actually need some state institution to "teach" you knowledge.

bottlerocket 04-07-2007 09:19 AM

Thanks, Ben. =*

ROFL BEN I REALLY THINK WHEN YOU GO COLLEGE HUNTING YOU SHOULD GO TO BOSTON AND CHECK OUT SCHOOLS HERE!

It's a far more efficient path than spending years upon years upon years teaching myself something that I can be taught by people at any institution not just state institutions. If you can point to me a single modern day (within the last 50 years) scientist/engineer who taught themselves everything they know with a combination of drugs I will be astounded, computers not included since my friend Jesse can build and program a computer on his own with no help.

There is also the whole college experience which is something I look forward to, on top of the fact it gives me a couple years to get acquainted with adulthood.

Yeah. This is the dumbest thing anyone has ever said.

You don't need a college education to be a scientist, you just need to take meth.

The fact is college is a personal choice and you shouldn't judge someone for their own personal choices.

bottlerocket 04-07-2007 11:06 AM

I think he means to say you don't need college to make a difference in the world.

Take, for example:

<----

I know what he's saying but that's just an awful example, haha.

I agree that it's a personal choice, though, so you shouldn't judge someone based on that...

pixiesfanyo 04-07-2007 11:08 AM

I'm completely supportive of the decision to not go to college.

But really there is no way it'll be a negative as long as you can take it seriously.

Eliminator 04-07-2007 11:14 AM

brb going to cook up some meth and get my nobel prize
