It was on the BBC orginally. They showed marathons of it on BBC America awhile back. But you can download the episodes, or get the DVD.

The first one is brilliant, where they are told the council is demolishing the house. Vivian's like they can't demolish the house if it's already destroyed on the inside and procedes to slam his head through a wall. Legendary.
