Tonight I inhaled Ian McCulloch's secondhand smoke and can now die happy.

Echo & the Bunnymen... meh stage presence but awesome music. Average crowd age was easily 45, they aren't much for emitting energy or encouraging the artist to do so. Still, I'm glad I went.

Anybody else recognise some major Echo influence in Ryan Adams' rockier works? I never noticed it until tonight but at times I could easily picture Adams singing one of their songs.

Mean Girls was icky and the message was generic and vague, not to menttion a stereotype.

Generic perhaps, but I don't see how it was vague. The fact that it was stereotypical was where the humour was. I don't see how you could miss that when they are floating labels around like "nerd asians".

It was vague because I was happy my volume worked.

And now that it is broken again, I just don't care for anything anymore.

When I was a sophomore I would go to sleep at 4 and some nights not go to sleep, that added with the crappy classes I was taking sucked.

in school, i generally get about 4 hours of sleep on days that i sleep at all. most sundays and tuesdays i stay up and nap a bit during the day.

That's not a normal amount of time to sleep. You're supposed to get 6 to 8 hours.
