on that note, i wanna start a stoner/metalcore band that is like really chill and heavy, with lots of epic melodies combined with groove, and intense metalcore vocals, with the occasional outbursts, and call it Drought. abbrasive, sandy, dry sounds.

This is why he's an above average vocalist, its unique and performed well. and his singing is great. but its the riffs that make that album for me, like the whole "we're going to sound like meshuggah!" riffs that are on Early Grave.

I listened to them a bit for a few months. It's more interesting than most metalcore. I'll have to go back and listen again, it's been awhile.

This is pretty good, much better tha Ire Works and probably on the same level as Miss Machine so far, I obviously gotta listen to this more but it's really good. The only thing that bothers me a little bit are the clean vocals which are pretty unecessary on some parts (on Widower they sound great though) but other than that this is really good.

...holy ****. I just found this band tonight and they are absolutely amazing. Their cleans, breakdowns and everything are done so well. They are pretty melodic though. Every song on their new EP are all sooooo good. Probably straight up one of my fav bands right now, I'll keep listening...
