I've been playing drums for about 2 years, and guitar for 7. My favorite bands include the Dillinger Escape Plan, Meshuggah, Converge, Every Time I Die, Fordirelifesake, Circle Takes The Square, the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, Between the Buried and Me, the Number Twelve Looks Like You, Norma Jean, the Chariot, and Lamb of God. My main drum influences are Abe Cunningham of the Deftones, Dillon Napier of Scatter the Ashes, and Chris Hornbrook of Poison the Well. My main guitar influences are Andrew Williams & Jordan Buckley of Every Time I Die, Adam Fisher of Fear Before the March of Flames, and Ben Weinman of the Dillinger Escape Plan. I like alot of different music, but obviously prefer hardcore.

Gaaah, there was me thinking Valentines day had gone awesome, instead everything fell apart.

But hey, it doesn't matter, a few mates and I made a new band so should be having some good laughs. 2 lads -inc.me, and 2 lasses. The other lad plays guitar and sings, one of the lasses plays guitar and the other plays bass and sings. Could have a pretty good set-up going. Playing everything from metal to indie to jazz. And of course Norweigan deep-trancegrass. (We made it up ourselves)

man, I did 6 pages of Stick Control, then just jammed on this swung 16th note groove...

it felt amazing, I just closed my eyes and did whatever...

probably not the greatest sound, but it felt so right... I love doing that...

didn't quite get a girl today, but I'm getting closer.

We were having fun in our Music Fundamentals class exchanging Sweetheart candies.....mostly mundane stuff like "Awesome" or "U R Nice" (which she thought was really sweet that I said that), then I whip out what I was waiting for "U R Cute" (yeah I'm lame, I know) and she loved that.

Hopefully we'll passionately make out in the next several days.

I had one that said Ur Kind and I scratched the "n" away.

Imagine getting a sweetheart candy for valentines day that says:
