Yeah. I don't know where to get one...that's my problem. I just gotta use the one in the basement on the stereo system. |
Crucial Crossover Crew=Niko, Tyler, Myself, JAtomic, Bob. I think that's it, sorry if I excluded anyone.
|
we bring the circle mosh
|
Tyler, you never answered my question, why is Burt being a d'ick?
|
My dad isn't letting me set up our record player saying that it's not worth it because no good music is on vinyl anymore.
Also, he's saying that I'm not allowed to go to CBK and Bane unless I bring a friend because it won't be very fun and there won't be anything to do unless I bring one. |

He was flaming that metal guy for posting here and not being into hardcore pretty much. |
I got a gig doing a website for some local cosmetics business. $25 a page, and it'll probably end up at about 7+ pages, so I'm looking at a total of $175 to $250 for a few days work, but I gotta have it done by the 14th. Oh well, I'll be getting some new records soon. :thumb:
|
There's this 'punk rock flea market' in ottawa today. They're selling stereo equipment stuff too...I should go but I'm broke. I dunno if I even have enough money for Blacklisted tomorrow

Oh, yeah I saw him flaming that metal guy for almost no reason whatsoever. That was kinda d'ickish.
|
1337 postcount
/saved  |
Shall I do the polls for the best hardcore albums thread that Niko did?
|
go right ahead
|
Well, is Niko gonna do it or not?
|
Well, is Niko gonna do it or not?
No he got mad cause people didn't like his rules. |
hardcore is being slowly ruined by kids who think it is a trend. straight edge is also being ruined by kids who have x's on their hands and dont know what it means, and think it is cool to be straight edge and dont know what being straight edge stands for, what the ****. hardcore is not a trend.

THANK YOU CAPTAIN OBVIOUS! ...and actually it's getting ruined by those who listen to hardcore because it's a trend now, yet they don't consider it a trend, and think that them listening to Throwdown makes 'em XHARDxCOREX. As for Straight Edge, it's getting ruined by militant fucks like the xBBPx. |
Your calling him obvious?
No, I'm calling what he said obvious. It's something everyone here, for the most part, already knows. |

Well so was what you said, except I personally dont know what xBBPx is. |

The posers are ruining it because of the trend and it is being ruined by the mallcore fags. And fake straight-edge and militiant straight edge weakens it as a cause. |
Nothings being ruined. Hardcore is still alive and well.
|
Ok this is off topic but does anyone know where the members of Give Up the Ghost are now I mean are they in bands?
Edit: I know Alex(the drummer) is in Last of the Famous. |

...but see, I wasn't trying to prove a point, I just felt like adding to what he had said. The xBBPx, or xBring Back Prohibitionx, is a militant straight-edge group based in Reno, NV I believe. There's like one xBBPx dude in Texas, and everyone hates him. This is one of their sites: http://seventhdagger.com/ So it seems that stupidity isn't limited to drunks and stoners. |

S'aight, and I'm not sure if ye took that stupidity comment as directed at ye, but it was actually meant about the whole xBBPx deal. |

123 (duh) But honestly, today I saw a bulletin of someone on MySpace that went along the lines of this "OK U GUYZ ADD MY NEW AIM SCREN NAEM hXcEDGEX BECAUSE I AM NOW!!" A little visit to her page showed me how "hXc" she is. Favorite bands: All American Rejects, Hawthrone Hights, Fall Out Boy, and other "awesome" bands. Anyways, I really hope that this trend passes already... |
Yeah, I'm siked.
