My girlfriend ran out of Midol last night. I'm bracing myself for the shitstorm

Anxious 10-23-2008 11:26 AM

So I'm going to an Ian Mackeye question and answer session in a few hours. I'm wondering if I should be the one to ask him if he's still "straight edge" and see his reaction.

samarahah 10-23-2008 11:33 AM

yes

wang masta flex 10-23-2008 11:50 AM

:amaze:

Anxious 10-23-2008 11:51 AM

I may be just content with tell him I smoked my first cigarette in my Minor Threat shirt (true).

Either way I'm going to by a Fugazi or Minor Threat lp so he can sign it.

samarahah 10-23-2008 12:01 PM

haha

pppoe 10-23-2008 12:07 PM

Take The Evens instead.

YourBiggestFan 10-23-2008 12:48 PM

You know, I was wondering what I should get him to sign when he comes 'round here in November. . . I'm sure he'd appreciate the Evens more, but it'd be a lot cooler if he'd sign a fugazi record.

I bet he doesn't care.

niobium 10-23-2008 01:28 PM

tell him you get so baked while listening to 13 songs without a seatbelt

Liebensaft 10-23-2008 02:04 PM

That's the only way to live.

Boilermaker 10-23-2008 02:08 PM

Ask him when minor threat's gonna get back together.

niobium 10-23-2008 02:10 PM

more importantly fugazi

Boilermaker 10-23-2008 02:17 PM

Fugazi would be great.

I like Minor Threat, but them getting back together would be horrible. Thank god he has way to much respect to do that (and, unfortunately, probably too much to get Fugazi back together too).

Glitterati 10-23-2008 02:21 PM

Tell Ian you thought he was great in American History X.

Boilermaker 10-23-2008 02:23 PM

niobium 10-24-2008 07:52 AM
Nice list dude,

thanks man, yeah my preferences in metal kinda went from thrash/speed to doom/stoner

yeah it is.. and it's perfect to mix in and out if i'm doing a noisy segment, and perfect to layer stuff over. i spun a classical record (Ravel's Bolero) backwards at varying speeds, so the song was layered with rising and falling reverse strings, sounded like ghosts.. so excellent

Boilermaker 10-24-2008 09:33 PM

Winkles, do you like High on Fire?
