The Vessel was decent, I'll admit that. I can't say the same for a lot of the tracks though.

After the second listen I can say that the entire latter half of the album makes it a win.

It gets better with each listen.

Yeah, the second listen is slightly better the first. I actually like Survivalism the most so far. The album on a whole is very noisey.

I can't get enough of the last part in The Great Destroyer.

Survivalism is my least favorite song on the whole album.

I heard Survivalism for the first time yesterday, while listening to Year Zero. It was a ghastly shell of what NIN used to stand for.

I like it alright but it's a little annoying. It's a good song but the weakest on the album for me.

Better than With Teeth, yes. Where it fits in other than that I'm not sure yet.

I just never listen to it. I'm not sure of the reason but I just never really got into it.

Broken is awesome. So noisy and loud and angry.

I'll listen to it again after this song. It may get better.

It took me a long long while to love it. For the longest time I was always turned off by it but suddenly one day I just got sucked into.

Maybe today will be my day. Although, I do like Wish quite a lot. Just some of the other songs aren't that great for me.

The entire CD is great.


Most notably, Help Me I Am In Hell and Gave Up.

I like Happiness in Slavery and Last.

I don't like Gave Up that much. It's good, though.

Gave Up is simply the most energetic live NIN song ever.


I really dislike HiS. It's just dripping with angst and has a lack of melody. Last is okay.

I gave Year Zero a listen through today. Overall I like it, I'm sure it will grow on me with more listens. Very cool sound, noisy and glitchy almost.

I think Survivalism is one of my least favorites as well. It's cool, but I don't know how I feel about Trent's singing rhythm against the song rhythm.

I love Another Version, The Good Soldier, My Violent Heart, Zero-Sum, and The Beginning Of The End.




Also, it was discussed earlier, but what's the point of the cd changing color?
