ATM 05-29-2009 06:33 AM

Yeah I love 3 6, although lately I've just been listening to the new Project Pat album.

Jawaharal 05-29-2009 11:23 AM

3 6 is really popular in TN, so ya I like em.

horseypie 05-29-2009 09:11 PM

Apocalyptic Raids 05-30-2009 12:44 AM

aussie hip-hop does nothing for me

horseypie 05-30-2009 01:54 AM

i enjoy a lot of the stuff that gets radioplay on stuff like triple j

its a pretty promising scene at the moment i think

cbmartinez 05-30-2009 01:56 AM

anyone heard blackout 2, soooooo dope

cbmartinez 05-30-2009 01:58 AM

song with bun b is so good

illmitch 05-30-2009 02:31 AM

i think anything bun b touches turns gold

Apocalyptic Raids 05-30-2009 03:53 AM

Quasimoto - The Unseen

ATM 05-30-2009 08:44 AM
anyone heard blackout 2, soooooo dope
It's kind of hit and miss for me. The first couple times through I loved it but it doesn't have as much replay value as the first one.

Jawaharal 05-30-2009 09:18 AM

I think its great

guitarded_chuck 05-30-2009 12:57 PM
i think anything bun b touches turns gold
except his newest solo

illmitch 05-30-2009 03:32 PM

you mean ii trill? i loved that album

pixiesfanyo 05-30-2009 04:05 PM

yeah, it was good. just kinda lacking.

guitarded_chuck 05-31-2009 10:41 AM

it's was alright, i just thought that trill >>> ii trill, so i was kind of disappointed

but bun b is still wicked cool in my books

kingsoby1 05-31-2009 11:11 AM

have any of you aussie guys heard of True Live? his/their album this year was really good.

horseypie 05-31-2009 06:37 PM

ive heard the name somewhere...i may have heard his stuff

ill search for him this arvo

horseypie 05-31-2009 09:22 PM

i finally got talib kwali - quality and pharoah monch - desire

kwali's album was really good, not as good as black start which is all id heard from him before but its pretty solid. i still cant get into mos def's albums though

im halfway through desire and this is wicked, im really liking this

kingsoby1 05-31-2009 09:59 PM

internal affairs is better

but yeah, true live's newest is one of my top 10 hiphop records this year so far.

Apocalyptic Raids 06-03-2009 11:49 PM

Nas - It Was Written

rasputin 06-04-2009 01:23 AM

been on a major binge:

organized konfusion - stress
gza/genius - liquid swords & beneath the surface
dalek - abandoned language
the roots - rising down
wu-tang clan - 36 chambers

Mister_Che 06-04-2009 07:57 AM

Aesop Rock - Float
Jedi Mind Tricks - Violent by Design

Enjoying Jedi Mind Tricks, but that Aesop album isn't as enjoyable to me as Labor Days and None Shall Pass.

pixiesfanyo 06-07-2009 03:45 PM

Royce Da 5'9" - Death is Certain

illmitch 06-08-2009 12:33 AM

dj paul - skeleton (scale a ton)

didn't really like this album at all when i first heard it, but its growing on me. the lord infamous spots and the beats are the saving points.

Apocalyptic Raids 06-08-2009 02:10 AM

Jay-Z - American Gangster

not all that great, but I have been listening to Roc Boys and Say Hello so much.

horseypie 06-10-2009 05:11 AM

i got the n.a.s.a. album today, far out this is really good. the couple of singles that get airplay over here are probably the best (way down, spacious thoughts, gifted) but the whole album is really, really solid

and soby i heard a couple of true live tracks on the radio the other day and they were really good, im about to check them out

ATM 06-11-2009 06:17 AM

Twista - The Day After
Lil Flip - Certified

Apocalyptic Raids 06-23-2009 02:46 AM
