the intro noise to slayer's hell awaits with all the "join us" being said backwards and and then the thing says "welcome back" is pretty freaky.

the intro to slayer's dead skin mask is also pretty scary, and if you know the story behind the song's lyrics then it makes it scarier. actually the whole song is pretty scary, i'm sure theres worse though i just havn't heard it.

floods by pantera is pretty wierd and it's got all the vocals effects that add to it.

the intro with the acoustic to slayer's seasons in the abyss is pretty freaky too.

Slayers got many songs that send chills down my shine when i first heard them like Hell Awaits, Raining Blood and Dead Skin Mask.

Mortiis - Smell The Witch scares me in a different way...But also makes me laugh :lol:

Slipknot sucks and all, but they have some pretty freaky riffs, but then again they have songs like Sic that are just terrible and not even freaky.

Slayer's "Raining Blood" definitely, then there's Rammstein's "Spiel Mit Mir"
and Mudvayne's "Skrying" (that bridge is some creepy sh1t). And "The Leper Affinity" by Opeth certainly has its moments.
