About the absinthe, it's not hallucinogenic, it's just alcoholic. I don't like anise flavoring so I'm looking into ones with minimal anise. Should be delicious. I've had it before too. Doesn't do much if you just have one shot.
Its the woolworm ingredient in it.
It's mainly be phased out.
Most go search it out and end up getting regular alcohol.
Others just need higher doses and its not the cheapest alcohol.

As for me knowing my stuff, yeah, I guess.
I just like to know what I'm serving to my customers.
I know more about Scotch, Whisky, and beer though.
I just bought this nice bottle of Highland Park.
Holy wow.
If you like scotch and prefer single malts, definitely check it out.

Like outside of the sleeve? That's so there isn't any seam splittage.

Just finished watching If We Could Only See Us Now, it was pretty neat.

Listening to the new Poison The Well, it's pretty sweet.

Concubine 03-30-2007 06:47 PM

how's the new PTW? Is it similar to You Come Before You?

cbmartinez 03-30-2007 08:06 PM

It's really good. Not as good as YCBY but in the same style. Check out the full stream on their myspace, especially "Prematurito El Baby," "Nagaina" and "Composer Meet Corpse."

cbmartinez 03-30-2007 08:22 PM

Someone needs to send me These Arms Are Snakes disco immediately. I'm listening to tracks from Easter and they are incredible.
