Headbanger's Ball is on MTV2 right now! There was this absolutely horrible band on called As I Lay Dying, but now Kreator is on and they're pretty good. I've heard about them before and apparently they're a fairly old band. That would make sense since the singer does a lot of actual singing instead of that talentless and easily replicated growling/screaming that every other band does.

Of course, I shouldn't call it talentless because you need to figure out how not to break your voice box by screaming, but still... all of those scream/growls sound exactly the same! There's no identity anymore, and I'm just grateful that the Kreator singer sounds somewhat unique.

EDIT: next band on is called 100 Demons. They are all fat, and I'm getting a strong white power vibe because they all look like Seth from "American History X."
