the plateau effect only happens if you're not working out properly/getting enough protein/calories.

i was ridic skinny up until i went to jail last year, went from like 145 to 170 in a month
all i did in there was buy sweets off the commissary, honey buns and oreos and whatnot EDIT: good thing i was working out in there or i really would have blimped |
