The alcohol part is indeed true, but it's the additives that make it really bad.

i never shower when im hung over wtf

Showering when hung over usually is godly.

Maybe I should go to the gym in a little while? I think I might just do that. And then I've been tasked with picking my parents up from the airport.

just came back from the Naschmarkt - I bought cheese, tomatoes, paprika, zucchini, olives, ... and a lot of other great stuff :)

I hardly ever take the timezones into consideration when posting here.
Only time I do is when we have morning, so night for the americans.
Hardly anyone is on then, except some aussies.

Showering is always a good thing against hangovers.
