Japanese cars are good if you want a small, economic, cheep, reliable cars. If you want a super car, you need to look to europe.

My friend got a new amplifer 1000watts, new kickers, and sub woofers 380 grounded. You could hear his car from about a mile away...

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:13 PM

Wow, he wont have any hearing left by the end of the year.

Top Gear just had a car with a 1500watt amp in it, they said that power is the same as what a rock band would use in the londen apollo...

Nightvision 07-17-2005 02:15 PM

seems like in Norfolk, being female and over 30 automatically means you are entitled to drive in the middle of the road.

Oh, and girls:

THE MIRRORS AREN'T JUST FOR MAKE UP!

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:16 PM

They should make it law that girls arnt allowed to do there makeup in the mirrors. Its more dangous then mobiles, because at least with them, your eyes are on the road...

Understanding In a Crash 07-17-2005 02:17 PM

The car I'm realistically wanting to consider is an Impala LS...

Dreams revolve around Lexus GS.

What gets on my nerves is that all the women round here sit in the right hand lane of a dual carriageway doing 61mph, ensuring a five-mile tailback of people who actually want to get where they're going any time before "fashionably late"

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:18 PM

I want a peugeot 206.

Understanding In a Crash 07-17-2005 02:21 PM

Yeah all of the driving instructors around here are prejudice against girls when they get behind the wheel, in a way though it comes with being realistic. :thumb:

Understanding In a Crash 07-17-2005 02:22 PM

I drive a Ford Taurus Station Wagon and a Toyota Camry 2002. I actually like the Taurus better because I like the feel of a heavier car but everything else about the car sucks bad.

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:22 PM

Lol, heavey car, your such an american.

I realy dont like muscle cars though, to big and slow.

I drive a Fiat Punto - standard hatchback, really - gets me from A to B, and about halfway back - only a 1.2, but it can move if it needs to (and there's no more than two people in it... :/)

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:24 PM

Here we go

I wouldnt mind a Ford Focus, or a Mini, but the old mini, not the new one.

Oz Rembrandt 07-17-2005 02:27 PM

I want a hearse or a black Cadillac. Failing that, a VW camper van would be smashing.

I'd prefer a Peugeot 207 eventually, but once I pass my test (Touchwood) I hope to get something like a Corsa or something

Corsa is a nice little run around car by the looks of it.

Im getting a job hopefully, i want lessons, but me and my mum came to the conclusion of "whats the point in my geting lessons when i cant afford the insurance for a car?" I could proberly save for the car, but the insurance, and petrol i can afford.

I have money left from my grandad, and I want to use that to get a car I think. Nothing too expensive so the insurance isn't too much. I figured once I can use the car, I will be able to get a decent job in town or something, and use money from that for petrol

Untitled 07-17-2005 02:41 PM

Insurance may still be upwards of 2000, the insurance companeys presume all 17-21 year olds are boy racers, and keep speeding and crashing. Not everyone is, but i think i would be, so you know.

Nightvision 07-17-2005 02:44 PM

Butler, if it helps, insurance on my Punto (6 years old when purchased) 1.2 was £1200 third party fire and theft.
