Michael Jackson - Thriller
So good, but "The Girl is Mine" is so bad. Does anyone dig the Archie Bronson Outfit? I just heard "Cherry Lips" and it was great.
The Girl is Mine is so bad that it's good. Can you imagine Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson really fighting? hahah |
Melvins - (A) Senile Animal
Melvins - Houdini Live They're both really good. I think Houdini Live is kinda pointless though, especially as I don't like Houdini all that much. Fucked Up - Hidden World This is pretty good psychdelic punk |
Gwar - Violence Has Arrived, Carnival Of Chaos, Beyond Hell
Saw them on Wednesday and I can't stop listening to em'. For the enocre they unamsked....it was the first "naked" encore the whole tour. I'm pretty sure the south Florida ball destroying heat was next to unfuckingbareable in costume. Oh, and I caught Oderus's (Vocalist) latex glove. Not the awesome costume glove. Just a regular latex glove. |
I bought the reissue a while ago and I just realised I burned a copy without the extra tracks. Oh well.
I have the original version. :naughty: I wonder if it will ever be worth any money. <-< |
Swervedriver- Mezcal Head and Catherine Wheel
I dunno what you call them. . . Post-loveless shoegaze? whatever. Good stuff! oh, and I've been listening to Mew a bit also. |
Refused- The Shape Of Punk To Come
Fugazi- The Argument Death Cab For Cutie- The Photo Album |
Melvins - (A) Senile Animal

I think Houdini Live is kinda pointless though, especially as I don't like Houdini all that much. Fucked Up - Hidden World This is pretty good psychdelic punk
Me neither. It's OK but I never got the hype. I love some of their other stuff though. I'm digging Jesu a lot. I'm going to look into this guys other bands. |
Jesu is secks
|
Silver is so much more melodic than their debut. But yeah, both rule.
|
Rune Grammofon - Runeology
Terrific compilation! The track sequencing and flow is excellent, I was impressed. It was only sent out with a copy of the magazine, The Wire, in 2001. Recently purchased a copy on eBay for $5 because I'm a ridiculous completist. |
Teletubbies - Nursery Rhymes and other fun songs!

The Queers - Everything's OK EP
I know the guy who played bass on that pretty well, and I've met the singer Joe a few times. Great band. Defidently check them out if you haven't done so. Not alt indie at all, but like bubblegum pop-punk (good thing, not bad thing). |
Drive Like Jehu - Drive Like Jehu
it's good, not as good as Yank Crime though.
I like it so much more. Kayo Dot - Choirs of the Eye This is the best produced album ever. |
I like Yank Crime better than their s/t.
|
Blondie - Heart of Glass
*taps foot* |
Ghostface Killah - More Fish
|
I'm listening to Boom Bip.
|
I like Yank Crime better than their s/t.
because Yank Crime has Golden Brown, Luau, and New Math what's s/t got? Atom Jack is the only song that grabbed my attention :( |
Spikes To You
Good Luck In Jail |
Vashti Bunyan - Just Another Diamond Day
Animal Collective and Vashti Bunyan - Prospect Hummer |
good music
|
Melvins - Stoner Witch
|
Made out of Babies - Trophy
It's good, but not as good as Coward |
Silver Jews and now a Supersilent song I found on my computer. I think it's from the Rune Graffamaphone thingie asymm posted a while ago (which was pretty cool as I recall). I also just realized that I'd been confusing them with the band Supersystem. Supersilent is kinda interesting. Supersystem, not so much.

YES! Today... Califone - Roots & Crowns Boris - Pink Rune Grammofon Compilation - Runeology |
Hey asymm, is any of Susanna and the Magical Orchestra's stuff worth checking out? I liked her song on that comp, too, meant to ask about that.
