Bushjump 07-28-2006 12:18 AM

Grr... I typed out all my favorite album openers and MX logged me out. Now I have to redo.

YDload 07-28-2006 12:56 AM

I haven't even heard any Sonic Youth songs except "Teenage Riot," so as usual my lack of musical experience will sway the votes in that decade very interestingly :)

Also, I don't even have a #1 in mind from that era yet, so I'll just do what I'm doing now and wait for almost everyone else to do their lists.
asymm seems like the kind of person who would have a mac
Haha, I wondered who would say something about that. Zmev seems like that kind of person.

Yeah - as a designer I appreciate my mac.

telewhore 07-28-2006 02:14 AM

I just got the title track from Hello! We Move Through Weather!
I'm hungry but there's no food so I'm eating Bacos.
Wtf is a baco?

Calexico are alright, I haven't really heard enough to make a judgement.

ATM 07-28-2006 09:20 AM

Bacos are little pieces of bacon that you put on things.

Happymeal 07-28-2006 10:16 AM

I had five orders of beef shawarma for lunch yesterday. Score.
Lou Reed > Lou Barlow?
Never. And that's not my love of Lou Barlow talking, it's my hatred of Lou Reed.

Matt? 07-28-2006 10:56 AM

ATM 07-28-2006 10:57 AM
Bacos are little pieces of bacon that you put on things.
Zappa 07-28-2006 12:18 PM
i'm gonna have a drumstick icecream cone in like five secondss
Those are almost only worth it because of the tip of the cone, filled with chocolate. But that part is the last thing you eat, so it leaves you with that image of greatness each time you have a drumstick.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 12:22 PM

the chocolate tips do indeed pwn

masada 07-28-2006 12:26 PM

So full and crunchy.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 12:37 PM

and after the icecream, it's like closure or something.

masada 07-28-2006 12:58 PM

Yeah. And then you get a glass of milk.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:00 PM

and then some cookies

masada 07-28-2006 01:00 PM

The process repeats.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:03 PM

dude chocolate filled oreos kick the living shit out of the normal ones.

and wtf is up with the mint oreos? srsly.

masada 07-28-2006 01:06 PM

Those mint ones are okay I guess.

What I really want is some Yoohoo. Mmmmm.

The Jungler 07-28-2006 01:08 PM

Peanut butter filled oreos are horrible.

The Jungler 07-28-2006 01:14 PM

That's the general rule, oreo found a way to break it though.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:15 PM

i'm not a fan of peanut butter anymore tbh.

masada 07-28-2006 01:17 PM

Peanut butter with sugar, refrigerated, and put on graham crackers = good.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:18 PM

smores > whatever you think tastes good on graham crackers

masada 07-28-2006 01:22 PM

I taste good on graham crackers, apparently.

Maybe I shouldn't live with cannibals.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:24 PM

yeah i dunno about all that jazz

masada 07-28-2006 01:25 PM

Kenny G. brings the mosh (and sells 55 million copies worldwide..)

That's tr00 j4zz right there.

sexymuffin 07-28-2006 01:26 PM

that jazz still seems questionable.

masada 07-28-2006 01:28 PM

Pazz and jop pazz and jop.

masada 07-28-2006 01:59 PM
