I speak english. Though, I'm going to be taking German next year, I chose that over Spanish. I know Spanish will be more usefull but I thought it might be a fun language to try out. Oh, I do know sign language, it's really fun speaking to deaf people now, haha.
I speak everything, I thought that was a well known fact. <-<
And um, c'était bien aussi. :p PS: You made some mistakes. >->
Haha ! Even though french is my first language I suck at it...badly. For xample today our teacher corrected this work we did. And out of 137 words, I had 38 mistakes :-/ Its so complicated EDIT: Where is my mistake ? |
The only non-English language I can speak is German, and I don't have a very large vocabulary :upset:.

NP: Porcupine Tree - Gravity Eyelids
French is, without a doubt, the most anal language I've ever tried to learn. Seriously, major grammar nazis. I still want to go there some day....they have good looking girls. np: ZZ Top - Sharp Dressed Man |
French is complicated. All those damn exceptions and verbs and all that crap :p

French is such a nice and romantic language, but the exception and all the stuff make me sad. I know Dutch, English, German and French, I think I'm not doing too bad at this |
Pfft, most languages have that. It's just hard to learn a language properly and that's that.
Yes, but I only know 2 languages. And french is cleary the harder one of the 2. |
Spanish is pretty full of exceptions and nazi grammar stuff.
Seriously English-speaking countries have it easy, writing wise. However, the speaking may seem a little awkward for other countries. Yeah that was on the top of my head. |

Assuming the other one is English, then it's probably because English is everywhere and if you're exposed to a language all the time, obviously you're gonna get the hang of it more quickly. But tell me, if English wasn't complicated, then why is it that 90% of people make a language mistake in every goddamned sentence. Trust me, there's no such thing as an easy language, I've tried a lot. NP: Macabre - Mr. Albert Fish |

NP: Macabre - Mr. Albert Fish
At home and with familly, I speak french, school and with most of my friends I speak English. Well, at homr, I will usualy mix up the 2 languages, meaning I might make a sentence using English and French words. French I don't talk properly, I use slang. To be honest, I can't say I'm able to speak proper French. |

NP: Macabre - Mr. Albert Fish
I agree, knowing that my own grammar is far from correct most of the time. I guess it's just that English seems to be a language where grammar mistakes aren't that obvious, or atleast, you can make lots of mistakes and the people still understand what you're saying. np: Godspeed! It was realy interesting.
If we're talking about the same thing; I recieved an email a long time ago saying about the same. And how your brains put all these weird letter combiantions in to the right order, so you can still read it. |

French I don't talk properly, I use slang. To be honest, I can't say I'm able to speak proper French.
Well, internet and TV are predominantly English too. I still think I'm right. =) English is just as hard, a lot of people are just better in it than in French, due to that exposure, so that's why it seems French is harder, because most people just encounter it at school. It's pretty amazing, actually, how fluent a lot of foreigners are in English. Lingua Franca, fo sho. NP: Katastroof - De Flikken "Ik hem ginne schrik van de flikken, van de flikken hee den deze ginne schrik, de flikken die zulle mij ni flikken, de schrik van de flikken zenne kik" Now that's slang. :p
I read this paragraph on a site, where every letter of every word were out of place, except for the first and last one.
