I don't understand, this thread has plenty practise with spammers/nimrods-like-people, haven't we all learned its safest to ignore them? I could seroiusly feel my iq points drop reading that crap on the last 2 pages.

Kill 'Em All- 1st solo to Four Horsemen (too bad they never play it)
RTL- too many but tie between RTL/Fade to Black

AFJA- too many, but tie between TLITD/Dyers Eve/AJFA/One/Blackened (too hard to pick)

ps. my previous post wasn't to prove i switched from metallica fanboy-symphony X fanboy, it just sorta posed the question for all the people who reply to 'best......' threads with metallica in their mouth whether they simply worship metallica or have they actually compared them to millions other musicians.

So yea, who here is irked by all the bashing in the results of round 2 thread? james isn't an incredible soloist, but he's still a great guitarist. sure there are more deserving guys, but its annoying to hear 2 amazing guitarists get bashed so much

Not exactly irked. I agree that James is great, he should go through, but I don't feel that Kirk is anything particularly special.
