anyways no1 answered my question...

I like them a lot, Jeff Lynne is an absolute genius and unbelievably underrated. He should be as well known as all the people and bands he produced since he pretty much did everything for them.

I have 3 ELO Cds, all good, and they were not good live because their music was not meant to be played live.

BludgeonySteve 03-16-2005 05:11 PM

They're very good. I was thinking of getting a greatest hits or something.

Jam2Me 03-16-2005 05:31 PM

I'd reccomend Out of the Blue, Face The Music, and/or A New World Record if you can find it.
people need to stop commenting on the first page when we have over a 1000...

sheesh

ok so anyways - anyone here like ELO?
(in my own opinion they rock)
Haha, oh man, remember that one page that had like 10 noobs who quoted the first page, and everybody was getting all pissed off??

Oh, good times.

Edit: Anyone up for AIM trading? All my CD's are in iTunes, I'm looking for Rust Never Sleeps.

Salvalvalo 03-16-2005 07:16 PM

Hey guys/girls

Don't mean to interrupe the flow, but seeing as this is a year old I thought I'd just thank all of you who commit to the thread.. I've come on just about every day since it started and I've read every page and I love it! I'm always telling my friends to come on and read it. Anyway, I never post because I have next to zero knowledge of classic rock, but I've learned heaps just from listening to everyone, so thanks again.

Best wishes for the future..

blue3 03-16-2005 07:17 PM
