Prepare to find a lot of boredom after 1988.
|
I'd say 1991, but yeah.
New Current 93 is good. |
new Rome started to grow on me, will check new Current 93 soon.
|
i'm being kind by saying 1995 but the early 90's had some pretty good industrial metal bands and EBM at least
I'd say 1991, but yeah. New Current 93 is good.
It is, need to give it some more time to sink in. |
yeah there's some good industrial from the 90's but by then it had gotten really far from the actual industrial sound so i've never felt a need to explore much stuff from that time
certainly nine inch nails is the most interesting industrial related act since the 90s |

Popol Vuh's Affenstunde is giving me orgasms
|
Popol Vuh rule.
|
Is it all ambient stuff with percussion like this?
I need more. |
Nope, every album has its good share of ambient but every album is different in its own way. I'd say go with Aguirre and Hosianna Mantra next.
|
i've seen Aguirre but don't remember the music from it
should be interesting to rewatch keeping that in mind |
Hah, yeah, Great album to go along a great movie.
Have you heard Phillip Jeck, Haz? |
Completely unfamiliar.
|
Some of the most relaxing music I've ever heard. Great ambient musician, get the whole Vinyl Coda albums. I think that'll help you sleep :)

Yeah supposedly it's from some Spanish band, or so I've read. I still like it, though. Sorta creepy and settling, espesh when I'm sooper high. EDIT: listened to the split before, it's pretty good but a lot more by the books black metal than Wann dŽNuet rifft. |
