Last (+only) time i tried a cigar, i smoked it like one would a cigarette*, was nearly sick, and that was that.

I've never smoked cigarettes, and don't plan to start - they are apparantly a lot more addictive than cigars. I do smoke marijuana on a fairly constant basis, though, and am well-versed in nargillahs, or 'hookahs' as they are more well known in the western world.
